This cottage has a Fully equipped kitchen, light bright liv/din area, screened wrap around porch. Perfect spot for your next family vacation or weekend get away. While staying at the cottage you are welcome to enjoy our paddle boards and kayaks. Also catch and release fishing. No pets. Discounts for non-refundable cancellations.

Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

This waterfront Cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Resort. This quaint little community is beautifully kept with an atmosphere that sais Vacation! Our home has a lovely view of a pond with a fountain (sorry no swimming or fishing allowed, but you can feed the turtles from the neighborhood dock!) We are just a 4 minute walk to the Community pool ( heated in the winter to 85 degrees!) and hot tub. Our guests also have access to the workout facilities, playground, horseshoes and shuffleboard.

We are 3 miles to the beach. You can walk to the river from my home. Centrally located to all Daytona has to offer. Home fully equipped.

We are 5 miles from historic New Smyrna Beach (Canal District) and less than 7 miles from the beach entrance.
