It was roomy and good for a big group traveling. I wish there were cooking implements but overall our stay was very cozy and comfortable.

Tom and Rose are perfect hosts. They take time to ensure that what we need are provided. They are responsive on our requests and offered us a flexible time for check out since our flight would still be late in the afternoon. We will definitely go back to their place. Very nice and clean house. Close to a big SM Mall and also a main road where you can find different markets selling meats, fruits and vegetables, along with little stores, a laundromat, etc. It’s not in a sub-division but still quiet and peaceful outside as it’s not so close to the main road where you will hear any of its noise (I also don’t recall much dog barking or early morning rooster noise). The host Norma was also so nice and pleasant.

Very homie vibe love the sound systems great for friends or family hang out.

The host is very responsive and considerate, our stay had been nothing but pleasant, the place felt like home. We loved how clean it was. Complete with the basic necessities.

I would suggest to always check the things if functioning before the check inn time.

Everything was indeed true to the descriptions. We just had a little difficulty with the keyless lock device but all in all our entire stay has been so wonderful. Thank you to our super host for responding so quickly. Will totally recommend JeweLees.

Very homey. One of my great finds! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect. Carl was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The check-in process was smooth, and all amenities were provided. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Ample space to accommodate us, 7 guests. Host was responsive to all our queries. With complete basic amenities. Good location, accessible to essential services. Overall, good value for the price.

We enjoyed our stay in Monica's place. All rooms had air conditioners. Both bathrooms had water heaters. The kitchen had all the basic tools that you need. The compound is gated and maintained by staffs. A dedicated parking was also a must for us since we rented a car. We really chose this place because of the location. We usually buy urgent needs from a 24/7 Shell Select nearby, coffee from Daleachious Cafe, did laundry from thelaundrycare, had pizza from Simply Joe's Pizza and purchased other needs from SM Ecoland. I have stayed at other condos in Davao that were higher priced. But not one of these compared to this condo. The amenities, atmosphere and sense of relaxation all were at the top of my list. Would definitely recommend and would rebook on my next visit.

it was a very great stay! clean room and beddings. it's more than what you see in pictures, it's cozy the area smells good not stinky. easy access and complete utensils.
