Its a very nice place. At first, we were disappointed because there was no tv in the room and I have kids with me. But it turned out good because we they played and talked all night. And we woke up late because the place is so quiet and serene. Plus the breakfast was so nice! My kids loved it!

It was a nice place to stay for a quick getaway! nice they offer a free breakfast.

Ninio is very accomodating and very informative about everything you need to know in the island. His place is very unique because of his gallery. Listing description meets your expectations. Also, good thing is there is a free continental breakfast :)

Best place to stay if you're looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

Wow! The whole place is much better than I expected. Cooking and cleaning the dishes feels like home. I stayed with my friends and we are well bonded here. And the continental breakfast is so enough, you can eat as much bread as you wanted, they also have this unique Guava Jam. The corn coffee is another unique thing I found in here. They keep the common places sparkling clean all the time.

If you want affordable place to stay in Davao, this may be the place for you. It is very near the airport.
