The treehouse itself is a private and unique space, made of mahogany, bamboo and nipa with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a semi open kitchenette. Near City Mall, grocery, pharmacy.

Casetta Al Mare

A charming 2 BR/1 Bath bamboo cottage with direct access to the beach and pool. It’s a relaxed, seaside escape where a few friendly resident dogs call the property home. They roam the grounds and may occasionally say hello, adding a lived‑in, homey feel to the space. If you don’t enjoy being around dogs or prefer a pet‑free environment, this is likely not the best fit for you. Only 950 meters from the highway, we are nextdoor to Liquid Dumaguete Resort. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish home. Situated in the heart of Dauin, it's a very short walk to the amazing beach, reef and local restaurants. Situated between Pura Vida and Mike's Dive Resorts. Spacious private house with 3 bedrooms and large living area with outdoor patio. It's located in the grounds of our main house but with private access and lots of parking for cars/scooters. Newly built to high modern standards, the house is comfortable, stylish and well equipped.

Traditional Cottage with beach access

Enjoy your stay in a homey atmosphere while exploring Negros Oriental in a native Philippine cottage by the sea. The cottage is located 4km south of Dauin, away from the hustle and bustle of the city inside a residential compound directly on the beach. Please note that sounds from nature such as the waves and animals could be heard. 😀 The cottage can accommodate 2 persons. Our fully furnished studio apartment (48sqm) is on the Third Floor of a building located near the Silliman University campus, short walking distance from Port area and the famous Boulevard whilst Rollin' Pin coffee shop is on the ground floor.
