The house has dedicated workspace, gas fireplace, 42-inch HDTV with YouTube TV, sound system, and fiber internet WiFi.

Notice the light fixtures salvaged from cargo ships and float in the luxurious private pool with glass tile and designer finishes. The outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing in the shade. The large covered area has a grill and hot tub nearby. The pool is Heated/Cooled by heat pump and is open April through October. You have the whole house and yard.

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

We are so excited to invite you to stay in our sweet little classic cottage, nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City's historic district. 1201 Church Street is surrounded by some of the original Elizabeth City homes dating all the way back to the late 1700s. We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.
