The home and backyard are wonderful you feel at home when you step through the door. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I hope the next time I’m down there it’s available. The patio and grill is amazing and the hammock is an awesome touch. Can’t wait to return. Eillen was wonderful and so quick to respond. Great host and great property I highly recommend! 💕

We had to come to town for family business and Christopher was very accomodating.He knew we were traveling with a pet and let us know we could check-in as soon as cleaners were done. He even let us know if we needed more days to finish what we had to do it was available. The yard was amazingly spacious and our dogs ran and played every afternoon till they dropped. The pool was crystal clear and felt amazing after our long days of stress. The arcade games were a hit with the husband and my brother as they battled for highest score on a couple of them. Overall a 10....thank you so much for your ...understanding for what we were dealing with and offer if we needed anything. Although we will not be back in this area I highly recommend this quiet and relaxing home.

We stayed here for weekend friends trip and had a lovely time. House is very clean and cozy! The backyard and pool was great! We spent all day by the pool. Loved the experience. Definitely recommend.

Austin was very quick to respond to any messages and very quick to help us with any minor issues we came across. Would definitely stay at his place again for sure!

Check in and check out SUPER EASY! Lots of parking, access to TWO garages. Lots of chairs for chilling outside. Nice calm atmosphere. We liked it.

Steve was a wonderful host and his place is just amazing! The area is so picturesque - gorgeous, peaceful horse farms everywhere. The apartment was immaculate and so well-appointed. Very spacious with room to unpack and truly feel right at home. I loved the double closets in the bedroom which allowed more than enough room to unpack everything and lovely spacious bathroom (double vanities) also with great closet and storage space. The kitchen was perfect, finished with everything you might need, and the living room area was comfortable, homey and nicely decorated. I really appreciated all the special touches, lighting, amenities that made it so easy to settle in. My dog and I loved walking the property and surrounding area every day. Steve was so helpful and accommodating as I extended my stay twice and he went out of his way to be helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - it's a dream spot!

We spent two weeks here. Beautifully remodeled, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the patio in the back. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This is our 2nd time staying at what my children have lovingly nicknamed “the resort.” There’s enough space to comfortably fit a family of 4. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is not only pristine, but also MASSIVE! This is and will forever be our go-to stay when we visit Ocala.

I enjoyed another wonderful stay at Joyce's place (my third stay). As always, great communication and very clean and welcoming space. The neighborhood is top notch for an easy walk to historic downtown, while residing in a tranquil tree layered oasis.

Cute, cozy and comfortable. This place was perfect for the two of us for a 3-day getaway to New Port Richey and nearby Tarpon Springs. We were very happy with the place and would recommend without hesitation. Bed was very comfortable and we made use of the extra blanket and towels. Shower was nice and hot and had a full dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Good size fridge with freezer and we appreciated the welcome bottled waters and sodas. Yisel was very friendly and responsive to our inquiries and requests. Loved nearby Pam's Country Restaurant for a great breakfast.

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

My husband and I found it to be very clean and well taken care of. No complaints . Quiet spot to relax. Friendly host and immediate response to any questions.

I gave 5 stars because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but there are a few things beyond the owner’s control that are worth noting. I didn’t want to dock them in stars but they could be an issue for other guests. Pros: Beautiful community, apartment was clean and updated. Kitchen was fully stocked, The balcony overlooking the golf course offered relaxing views. Beds were comfy, washer/dryer in unit and plenty of hot water. Cons: Parking- the listing says, first come first served. As a property manager myself, I took that to mean there is no assigned spot outside your door but that parking would still be available somewhere. This was not the case. There are 17 spots and 1 handicapped spot for 32 units. I have handicapped plates so it worked out for me, but lots of frustrated folks. Also, the building is not for those with mobility issues; lots of stairs. Lastly, the neighbors are heavy smokers so we didn’t use the balcony as much as we had hoped too. We would still stay again though.

Great spot! Our family includes a baby and it was a great spot for the 3 of us. Beautiful surroundings. It was very nice to be surrounded by the ocean. We enjoyed the location and the actual condo itself. TJ did a great job about communicating with me and kept me updated on things. Would definitely book again!

This townhouse was an excellent find for a few nights stay to visit some relatives in Wesley Chapel! It very comfortably accommodated two adult couples, and it was great to have our own bathrooms. The outdoor patio has a great view of the golf course; it was shady in the morning for coffee, and a relaxing spot for end of day wine. The townhouse is comfortably furnished and very clean. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to the area.

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.
