Luca was an amazing host and I would highly recommended you stay at this Air bnb! The apartment was clean and very welcoming when we walked in. They even left us a bottle of wine which was very sweet :) We were walking distance from numerous restaurants and stores and down the street from the beach / water front. It was a truly amazing stay and I highly recommend 🫶🏼

L'appartement Scirocco de la villa Raffaele se présente exactement comme sur le descriptif et les photos disponibles sur le page Airbnb. Les équipements sont opérationnels tant au niveau de la cuisine, de la salle de bain qu'au salon. La climatisation permet, à certains moments de la journée de rafraîchir l'air et ainsi de pouvoir se reposer sans souffrir de la chaleur. Les chambres sont très agréables et au calme, la cuisine offre des possibilités de cuisson et de conservation des aliments, comme à la maison. La vue sur la terrasse, ou sur le toit de la villa est magnifique, et nous avons adoré nous lever le matin face à la mer ionienne d'un bleu éclatant. C'est un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer paisiblement, à l'écart de l'agitation urbaine, dans un cadre splendide. L'accès à la mer peut se faire à pied, en traversant un petit tunnel sous la route, en moins de 15 minutes. Les commerces à proximité, surtout du côté de Botricello, sont nombreux et proposent toutes sortes de denrées.

Great place in Soverato, very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Good location and easy parking in a big parking lot just around the corner. Check in and check out were very easy and the host was very responsive and available and made sure all was well. Would definitely stay here again! Great value, thank you, everything was perfect!

The appartment is very close to the sea and the 'lungo mare' + you can get to the old town on foot in like 10 minutes. It was clean and the host was very responsive. If we ever get back to Crotone we'll book this appartment for sure.

Absolutely beautiful place. The refurbish is new and wonderfully done. The location is perfect for moving around Soverato and getting to other towns and places by rental car. The beach is fabulous. We were there on the off season and many of the "in season" restaurants were not available, but there were other nice restaurants and we enjoyed the town and the food. Vittoria was extremely responsive and wonderful to deal with. Her mother and an English speaking assistant met us and helped us with getting familiar. It couldn't have been nicer. Wonderful place to get to know the Calabria region. The people in the town were exemptional at dealing with my meager Italian language skills and we were easily able to function everywhere we traveled and ate.

We traveled all across Italy, and this was by far the best and most well-equipped place we stayed. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, and the house itself is absolutely beautiful—inside and out. It had everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Hands down the best place we stayed during our trip. Amazing host, amazing experience—couldn’t have asked for more.

Splendida casa indipendente con vista mozzafiato sopra badolato marina ,quel terrazzo con quel panorama lo porterò per sempre dentro .Mauro è una persona disponibilissima e ci ha dato tanti ottimi consigli ,la spiaggia è a 2 minuti di macchina molto ampia e per nulla affollata ,sono stato di domenica mattina e c'erano pochissime persone ,consiglio di visitare anche il paese di badolato in alto ,una perla tra le montagne .....

tutto bello, veramente.Appartamento spazioso e pulito in ottimo contesto a quattro passi dal mare e dalla stazione in una zona estremamente tranquilla.Host gentilissimo e rispettoso. Bravissimi!

Abbiamo alloggiato con degli amici nell'appartamento di Giuseppina, ci siamo trovati bene in merito a tutto: stanze pulite, comunicazione immediata con Giuseppina, che è stata un'host davvero disponibile, venendo incontro alle nostre richieste. La casa si trova in una posizione tranquilla, vicino al centro, raggiungibile però tramite un mezzo. C'era anche la disponibilità di poter usufruire della piscina esterna. Consigliato!

The residence was recommended to me so I didn't scrutinize the listing as I should. The apartment is certainly clean, comfortable, and spacious but I failed to notice that the listing says the unit does not have WiFi. It turns out we didn't stay inside very much anyway but the lack of WiFi limited what we could do while in the room. Otherwise, the location is great, right beside a park and a few hundred feet from a pedestrian avenue with bars and restaurants. It was also very quiet.

Appartement impeccable et décoré avec goût! Rosanna est sympathique, disponibile et à l’écoute! 10min à pied pour la plage, piscine et résidence bien entretenus. Les voisins sont accueillants et les commerçants de la ville ( très animée le soir) adorables! Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances ☺️

Pasquale und seine Mutter waren sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Pasquale war jederzeit zu erreichen. Das gemütliche Apartment liegt in einer wunderschönen Klosteranlage am Rande des Ortes Cirò. Besonders die Küche und die Terrasse sind hervorzuheben! Grazie!

Torniamo a casa di Antonella per la seconda volta dopo tre anni, siamo tornati perché sapevamo che avremmo trovato tutto ciò che serve in una vacanza perché sia perfetta, per noi: la casa è comoda, dotata di tutto l'essenziale cucinetta (rifatta a nuovo) perfettamente attrezzata, due camere comode (manca l'aria condizionata ma ci sono il ventilatore a pianta ed uno a soffitto nella camera matrimoniale) una sala ed un perfetto Dehor, attrezzato con un bel tavolo e sedie, ed un bellissimo dondolo, dove godere il fresco della sera. Al mare di arriva a piedi in meno di 10 minuti, il mare di Steccato è bellissimo, pulito e, mi viene da dire "rispettato" Steccato è fuori dalle rotte del turismo modaiolo e di massa, nonostante, se si vuole fare una passeggiata, a poca distanza si trova Le Castella, Isola di Capo Rizzuto, ed è un comodo punto di partenza per esplorare la Calabria Ionica, che è molto bene collegata. Siamo grati, io e la mia famiglia, ad Antonella per averci ospitato ancora ❤️

Posizione perfetta, 3 min a piedi dal mare. Appartamento comodo e molto Pulito. Aldo disponibilissimo per qualsiasi cosa. Mare difficile da dimenticare, un paradiso. Ritornerò sicuramente in futuro.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'ambiente è piccolo ma ben organizzato, si vede che è stato ristrutturato da poco. La zona è molto tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile.

This place is amazing!!! We enjoyed our stay so much. Teresa is very accommodating, we had everything we needed and more. Such a beautiful place to stay. If you want to visit Calabria, this is the place! Renting a car was easy and driving there was so much fun! Questa casa è bellissima!!! Noi abbiamo divertito tanto. Teresa è molte accomoda, avevamo a tutti bisognini. Che una bella casa a stare. Se volete visitare a Calabria, questa casa è la ultima. Noleggiare la macchina era facile e guidare era molte divertito!!!

Abbiamo alloggiato per una (sola, ahimè) settimana nell'appartamento di Antonio, host da 5 e più stelle: premuroso, gentile e davvero disponibile, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare un pensiero graditissimo ed inaspettato. L'appartamento molto ampio, con due bagni e balconi, situato nel cuore di Soverato, a due passi dagli stabilimenti/spiaggia libera, in posizione centralissima e circondato da tutti i servizi di cui si può aver bisogno. Che dire: ci e dispiaciuto andare via! Ve lo consiglio vivamente anche perché persone come il Signor Antonio sono veramente rare.

Antonello and his companion were very friendly hosts. We could always ask them for help and tipps. The pool and the view is wonderful!
