My family and I spent two lovely nights in the cottage. Truly a home away from home. It was warm, comfortable and large enough for our party of 3 adults and two toddlers. The communication with our hosts was excellent and very friendly. My only regret is that we could not stay longer in this little paradise. I highly recommend the cottage to anyone who loves nature, walking, relaxing, slowing the pace of life. Thank you Richard and Ben for sharing your house with us!

We had a big group stay here, everyone pitched tents, we had a big fire every night and the facilities were great. We brought a generator, but if you have enough battery for a speaker and your phone, and can cook with a gas stove, I really recommend this spot for a big group. There’s a great big barbecue there too, and the sink and facilities for cleaning (and toilets!) were brilliant. Maybe families with young kids would really enjoy this place. Kids would be entertained, and a really nice, comfortable place for parents to enjoy some wine, fire and chats in the evening!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! le lieu est magnifique et la vue incroyable ! de belles randonnées autour du logement. c'était si paisible. Le lieu est vraiment bien situé, 30 min de Berlin ! le chalet est trop mignon, il y avait tout le nécessaire. Mary est adorable et disponible. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les oeufs frais, le miel et les Brioches pour nous accueillir. Merci beaucoup Mary !

We absolutely loved our stay with Isabelle! We were walking the St Kevin’s Way, and her lovely little cottage was the perfect stop between Hollywood and Glendalough. The cottage is peaceful, cosy, and full of charm. Isabelle was super friendly and welcoming, and she gave us loads of great advice and recommendations for the area. We especially loved using the sauna and watching the sunset over the Wicklow Mountains—truly heaven on earth. It was so relaxing and serene; we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much, Isabelle, and we really hope to be back soon! 💚

Our family of 5 loved staying here. The view was absolutely beautiful! It was a very big place upstairs with 3 large bedrooms. There was plenty of room for all of us, including a toddler. He loved the chicken, dog and cat that kept coming to visit. We highly recommend staying here with a family.

Pennys place is a perfect countryside escape for couples! The barn is absolutely stunning, I fell in love with it as soon as I walked through the door. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and quirky. The shower in particular is inspirational! The location itself is also stunning, set in the country it is surrounded by fields, animals and each morning being woken up to birds singing, it offers total tranquillity. Penny as a host was incredibly welcoming and thoughful with freshly baked bread, olives and a welcome card on arrival, she was always available when you needed her assistence and provided lots of information on places to visit and dine. She had a perfect balance of being available but never intrusive. Highly recommend place for couples looking to unwind and enjoy time together in nature and in total comfort. We will look forward to visiting again!

We had a fantastic couple of nights staying at Paul and Karen's place. Everything was absolutely perfect from the outdoor hot tub, to the fantastic Tapas restaurant and cosy bar. Paul and Karen were excellent to communicate with before and during our stay ensuring the hot tub was ready when we wanted it etc. I would highly recommend staying here.

Sandra’s cabin is a beautiful space. We used it as an opportunity to have a night away, chill, read our books and enjoy the peace and quiet. Highly recommend and the sauna is a great perk to have too. Sandra is a really responsive and helpful host too.

We stayed in 2 yurts. 2a+2c in one, and my son stayed with 3 friends in the Walled Garden Yurt. We were celebrating his 18th Birthday. This was our 3rd visit and it's just as beautiful as it was the first time we visited. The yurts were clean and beautifully decorated inside. Each yurt has a gas heater, a seating area and a firepit. There's a communal kitchen that has everything you could possibly need (even hot water bottles). The bathrooms were clean and the kids playroom was a huge hit with my 2 girls (7 and 8). My son and his friends liked the privacy of their yurt and all had a great time. We used the large firepit, BBQ and dining area everynight. It's a peaceful location and was safe for my 2 to run around and play on the swings and slide. The hosts are very friendly and attentive and we will definitely return.
