El alojamiento, compartido en las zonas comunes conmigo, tiene una energía tan especial que nada más entrar sentirás esa paz y alegría. Disfrutarás de una habitación y baño privado. La terraza, salón y cocina, es compartida conmigo y eventualmente con alguna hija o amiga que vienen de visita. Su ubicación y las vistas son un autentico privilegio. Puedes ir andando por todo el centro de Alicante, y disfrutar de su magnifica oferta.También contamos con paradas de autobús y Tram a 5 min a pie.

Quarto duplo com varanda

Localizado no primeiro andar, este quarto é ideal para casais. As portas duplas abrem para a varanda e vista para a rua. O quarto possui um grande guarda-roupa, mesas de cabeceira feitas à mão com as amendoeiras da fazenda e no banheiro a superfície do lavatório é feita de madeira de cipreste derrubada durante a tempestade Gloria em 2018. Este quarto é acessível a cadeiras de rodas e está equipado com portas largas e chuveiro ao nível do chão, existe um elevador para aceder ao primeiro andar.

B&B in de bergen, zwembad en optie huur 2 fatbikes

Kamer met queensize bed met eigen en suite badkamer met rainshower. Wij verblijven ook in de woning, en verzorgen het ontbijt (10€ pp) en desgewenst ook het avondeten. Keuken en woonkamer kunnen we met jullie delen, alsook ons zwembad. De woning is bijzonder rustig gelegen in de sierra de la Pila, vlakbij La Garapacha en Fuente Blanca. Hier, op 2,5km van de woning bevinden zich 2 lokale bars/restaurants. Op 10km ligt Fortuna, met alle nodige voorzieningen, winkels, bars en restaurants.

Rum nr 5, Casa Rural de Pueblo, Cocentaina

Rum nr 5, 22 kvm 2 trappor upp (utan hiss ) med två enkelsängar 80x190cm som antingen kan placeras som dubbelsäng eller var och en för sig, Vindsrum med eget badrum och AC, sovrummet är 13 kvm och badrum och hall 9 kvm. Dörren till rummet är den gamla original dörren som vi har behållit men inuti är takhöjden mycket generös. Huset är centralt beläget i Cocentaina nära, Palacio Comtal och stora torget, Plaza Vener Escuder med Mercat Municipal. Där även de lokala marknaden är varje torsdag.
