We have previously stayed at another one of Eddy's properties, so we already had high expectations and they were all definitely met! Everything is exactly as described and lots of amenities available. We like how stocked the kitchen and bathroom is - it's super convenient and helpful to not have to think of those details. few mentions for future stays - we came on an unseasonably cold day and had to turn the heat up (all works perfectly) and benefitted from bringing our slippers/warm socks because the floor is a bit cold. Thoughtfully, there were rubber slides available for use! Also, getting in got a little confusing in the dark - our GPS told us we arrived when we were on the opposite side of the house. So just a heads up to anyone coming in, take a look at the map before driving in the dark :D

Kristine was very communicative and the air bnb was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The location is AMAZING. The local library has free classes for kids and everything is walking distance. Plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants in town. Thank you so much to our host. Highly recommend for anyone wanting have a weekend getaway or long term stay.

Natasha's place looked just like the pictures. She has done a great job modernizing the apartment. She was able to accommodate me with a late check-in. Might be the cleanest AirBnB I've ever stayed in.

I rented it for tenants to stay in during a repair at their apartment. My tenants chose to stay in their apartment instead so they never actually checked in. But Hameen was very flexible, even offering early check in since the contractors started early, and he refunded the cleaning fee since they never entered the apartment. The location is very central in Bristol and I can tell Hameen would be a great host for people that stay there.

I chose Marlene’s lovely spot primarily because it was in a location convenient for short trips to visit family and friends in Wallingford, Middlebury and Middletown while on my way south from New Hampshire. The peaceful, quiet surroundings along with a spotless, well-appointed accommodation made it very appealing: highly recommended.

My fiancé, son and I stayed here while we were looking at colleges. We absolutely fell in love with the place. The AirBnB is beautiful. The artwork and decor is modern and funky. It's got a wonderful, welcoming vibe. We loved using the record player and the album collection. It rained all weekend so it was fun to play video games and ping pong. When the rain let up we walked to the rail trail. We also walked to the corner market and other stores on Main St. Ginny is proactive, responsive and friendly. I highly recommend booking a stay here. We plan on returning soon!

I had the pleasure of staying at Rosaria’s apartment for two months, and it was an amazing experience. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Place is as pictured. Overall was a good stay. Place is clean. The big TV is nice. The kitchen is a nice size. The place is less "polished" than others. Very DIY repairs/renovating but if you're just looking for a place to crash then this is a good spot. The area has some cool food markets and everything is pretty close.

We came to Norfolk for a show at the Infinity Music Hall. This house was a perfect landing spot to cook dinner before and relax after the show. It was so peaceful watching the snow fall from inside and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook. The appliances were top notch, the house was well decorated and we will definitely rent here again!

This house was perfect for our girls’ weekend in Hudson! It was spacious, clean, and had so much character. The location was great—just a short 5-minute drive to Warren Street. We didn’t walk due to the cold weather but it was definitely close and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

Everything about Ed's place was perfect for our stay while moving my son into The Culinary Instituteof America. The property was nice, the home was beautiful and super clean! Ed was welcoming and helpful with local restaurant recommendations and other amenities in the area. A vehicle accident in the area knocked out power for a couple hours and Ed was quick to let us know what happened and be sure we had flashlights and candles. 10 out of 10, we would definitely stay here again!

Nadine’s place is a great location, lots of food options and a great roastery/brewery nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was spotless. We felt at home and it was a great place to use as home base for our adventures!

This is our second time staying at this home. We love it so much, i’m tempted to write a bad review so it’s more available! Joking of course…this is the perfect little escape from the city. It’s so throughly decorated and peaceful. I love the secluded lounge area/den, and the record player in the dining room. It’s just a great vibe.

We had a lovely stay at this property during a weekend trip to Kingston. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 1 dog. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and all amenities mentioned in the listing were available. There were some minor signs of normal wear and tear throughout the home but nothing that interfered with our comfort. Would recommend!

Great place to stay when visiting West Point. Right outside the gate with fantastic hosts, we felt at home in the space.

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

Camila was a great host, very responsive and always helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy and cosy and made us feel at home very quickly. Location was good, walkable distance to New Haven Green and its surroundings. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend Camila’s place to anyone planing to spend some time in New Haven.

Beautiful apartment with lots of rooms-comfy sitting areas and lots of light. It was very nicely appointed and the checkin was simple. We will definitely be back as the location is ideal.

Sheryl was great. I was in town for a conference and my schedule got thrown off by traffic on 95. She was very understanding and flexible with making my arrival time work. Once we met to get keys and a quick tour of the place she remained a phone call away but otherwise left us to enjoy the space. The other inhabitants of the place were very laid back and nice - that being said I was so busy with a conference that I was barely around. Not the Ritz but a HUGE savings over staying at any hotel downtown even if it's not right downtown. Splurge on some cabs and you are still saving money.

Elizabeth's place was extremely well appointed. Nice towels and sheets, and comfortable sofa/chairs. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom has a nice big tub, and her decorations are very nice. Definitely has a woman's touch!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb. It was comfortable clean and had all the comforts of Home Muna was a wonderful host. Very accommodating and efficient. if I had to stay in this area again, I would certainly look to stay here
