Constanta: aluguel por temporada com acesso à praia

Claudia is an amazing body and was very responsive, friendly and helpful at all times. Her place is very spaceful and cozy. you get exactly what you see in the pictures. thank you, Claudia!

Apartamento pequeño pero con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la playa, menaje de cocina, toallas, sábanas etc… Es un apartamento muy coqueto pero mejor para dos personas que para tres. Muy cerca de la parte vieja y de la playa Neversea, también hay un par de museos cerca. Roxana una anfitriona excepcional, y sus padres también muy simpáticos. En la descripción del apartamento dice que tiene parking gratuito, pero en realidad es que la calle adyacente al bloque es de aparcamiento gratuito, a nosotros nos costó un par de vueltas aparcar, y Roxana nos recomendó no mover el coche durante nuestra estancia. Todas las demás calles son de pago de 0:00~24:00 y bastante caro. La única pega que le pondría es que al ser un edificio antiguo, los desagües del wc echan un poco de olor, se nota más por la mañana si no se ha utilizado durante la noche.

Locuința este exact ca in poze, locatia aproape de parc si restaurante. La plaja se poate ajunge foarte usor prin Satul de Vacanță Mamaia. Gazda ne-a oferit si un loc de parcare. Per total o cazare potrivita pentru bugetul acordat. Mulțumim frumos și revenim cu drag si altă dată!

Clear instructions and excellent communication throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless, with plenty of towels and pillows provided for extra comfort. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with all the amenities we needed. Easy to access, with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere—even though it’s conveniently located near great restaurants. Highly recommended!

Edith’s place is just across the street from the Romanian Fleet High Command historical building and 2 minutes walk from the Iconic Constanta Casino. A really nice and clean apartment in an old apartment building with everything you need inside. Parking is available at the back free of charge. Everything inside was nice and clean and the hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive. This place is highly recommended for a stay by the sea in central and historical Constanta city. Thanks!

Alex's place is wonderful! Very modern and clean - we were very comfortable! The parking was very easy and very secure as well. Alex was very easy to communicate with and very very nice! He had great recommendations for us and was very easy to talk to! I recommend his place and really enjoyed it!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, modern apartment right in the heart of Ovidiu Square. Shops and lots of restaurants nearby. The space was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished, offering both comfort and style along with an amazing view from the balcony. The host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Constanța!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Allerdings gab es sehr wenig Steckdosen. In 5 Minuten ist man am Strand und in einem Supermarkt. Besonders gemütlich ist der Hof gestaltet,wir haben uns gern da aufgehalten. Wir hatten oft Besuch von Katzen d, manchmal 4 bis 5 gleichzeitig, was uns nicht gestört hat, allerdings haben einige davon dahin uriniert, was unangenehm war. Wir würden die Unterkunft empfehlen.

It a very nice and clean place. We stayed in it with a large group of frends, with childrens, and eveyone had enough space. It is not far from the sea and supermarkets. It was cozy.

First off great location, straight line to the beach. the place is that of a classic country home and feels like home. it's rustic and at first glance seems rough. but once inside it's clean and spacious the kitchen has everything needed. some spices and oils she even left milk for us. very thoughtful host. at one point it was a bit hot and humid I simply asked if she had a fan and she went out and bought us brand new fans within an hour. definitely a great person and a beautiful location left us an incredible experience remembering Constanta forever. the location is within a 5 min walk to the three beaches in the area, local convenience stores, gelato, fresh local fruits, pastry shops even dolphins within a short walk as well. we will definitely be back! thank you very much Lavinia!

Cazarea este intr-o zona linistita cu acces la plaja si are loc de parcare iar gazda a fost foarte draguta , gentila si mereu atenta la nevoile noastre . Locuita este foarte curata , cu toate dotarile necesare (mai ales posibilitatea de a avea cafea dimineata 😍) fiind potrivita pentru o familie mai mare sau un mic grup . Pot spune ca ne-am simtit minunat si cu siguranta o sa revenim . Recomand oricand si oricui aceasta locatie.

Apartamentul lui Florin este foarte bine poziționat, în proximitate falezei și a mării, ne-a plăcut mult pentru ca este spațios, aerisit, curat și a corespuns nevoilor noastre, călătorind cu un bebeluș. Florin este o gazda extraordinară, ne-a oferit toate informațiile de care avem nevoie și ne-a permis să ne cazăm înaintea orei standard, pentru a nu decala somnul celui mic. Vă mulțumim pentru ca ne-ați oferit o vacanță relaxantă!

I had a very good experience staying at Razvan’s place. Everything met the requirements expected. When i will come next time in Constanta, i know where i would book a room! Recommend!!

Apartamentul lui Adrian este un raport perfect calitate-pret. Locatia este excelenta (mega image non-stop la 2 minute, plaja la 5 minute, zona de promenada/restaurante la 10 minute) si blocul dispune si de parcare privata acoperita ceea ce e un mare plus. Check-in-ul si check-out-ul au fost incredibil de flexibile si usoare. Am primit instructiuni clare si Adrian a fost flexibil din punct de vedere al orei atunci cand i s-a permis. Asternuturile si prosoapele au fost curate. Apartament perfect pentru 3 persoane raportat la pretul platit.

j'ai passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Roxana. Un très jolie appartement qui correspond exactement à la description avec tout ce qu'il faut. On se sent comme à la maison. les explications de Roxana sont très claire et elle est au petit soin avec nous. je reviendrais avec plaisir. Merci beaucoup.

Apartamentul este foarte bine situat, in centru, aproape de plaja si de transport si este foarte bine utilat. Bogdan este o gazda foarte primitoare si reactiva. Comunicarea cu el a fost excelenta.

Jó elhelyezkedés ,közel a strandokhoz ,boltokhoz.Tisztaság és rend várt.Klímás,teraszos lakás.Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve vele.
