My toddler and I stayed at Henris while attending an event in NYC. This was a great option for us that let us keep many of our routines in a home away from home! It was convenient to the city (about 45 min drive and right off the highway) but felt safe, private, and quiet. We’ll def be back for future visits!

Sherri was a great host. The location is very walkable to everything in Cos Cob.

Amazing home, amazing views, and amazing host. Really helped us feel comfortable and at home, very cozy and had everything we needed. Very happy to have had the opportunity to stay at this amazing place !

Excellent accommodations for the price. Modest house. Quiet neighborhood. We attended a concert at The Capitol for New Years Eve. Easy access to/from the venue. Cosmopolitan city/village near NYC. Good restaurants. Hopped on the Metro North train and were walking around the East Side of Manhattan in 40 minutes. Wonderful 4-day trip to celebrate 2025 with live music!

Our stay was good. The house was the perfect size for my family of 5 to stay. The host was super accommodating for allowing one extra kid stay. If you have older or younger kids the bathroom on the second floor was trickier. The house seemed like it needed a little work and kitchen didn’t have everything we needed to cook. But other than that we were very happy with our stay. Close to downtown Berlin & stores to make our stay comfortable

Theo is accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable. He has created a comfortable home away from home. The gym and indoor pool are a huge bonus too!

Always a pleasure. I feel a kinship with Stephanie as we have similar taste. I also love seeing the feral cats outside, who belong to a neighbor.

Very nice stay. The host was very accommodating and worth the money if you are looking for a cheaper stay for a long period of time.

The home was beautiful and very spacious! Everything was clean when we arrived and Shaun was very responsive! Walking distance to many local restaurants! Only a mile from Old Mystic Village and even closer to the draw bridge! High recommend!

Convenient check in with the lock-box. Nice and quiet house. Room was very nicely decorated and Nikita was very helpful.

ABSOLUTELY recommend Arden's place. She is a stellar host and her home is so well appointed and comfortable, loved the bed and 5 star bedding. Walkable location to town, train, harbor etc. as a bonus. YES!

Alison’s house was a bit tough to find at night as it was off our GPS, but she was very helpful in getting there. She is such a pleasant and friendly host… wish we had more time to stay and kayak. I think this location was reasonably priced. (I’m from the area and was back visiting family, so I’m well aware how expensive it is here in summer.) I would say the lodgings have rustic charm, plenty comfortable for us! Thanks again, Alison!

Our stay was fantastic. The house is absolutely gorgeous and had everything you needed. Very clean, comfortable beds, children friendly. The host was incredible. Not a day went by that he didn’t check in to see if we needed anything. Great shopping, great restaurants, so much to do around town. Loved every minute of it and can’t wait to go back!

My friends & I were looking for a last minute place to stay, stumbled upon Michael’s townhouse, and we are so happy we did! It was in a great location for us, we were seeing a comedy show at Mohegan Sun which was about 15 minutes away. The home was very cozy and accommodated all our needs. Michael was very responsive when we had questions and also gave us recommendations for whats around the area. Would definitely book with this host again!

We just stayed this past weekend in May for my daughter's volleyball 2 day tournament at Mohegan Sun. Melissa was proactively responsive and communicative. The place was immaculate when we arrived. She explained to us before arriving how to use the AC units - and we definitely needed them at night due to the very nice/warm weather. The bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed. The water pressure was great in the shower. The kitchen was roomy and plenty of space to put things we brought. The rooms were nice with furniture to store your clothes and toiletries. We had a designated parking spot and the town was surprisingly quiet for a weekend. There was little to no noise at all minus your regular through traffic. The location had easy access to Mohegan Sun and other amenities like restaurants, gas stations, and fast food places. Melissa checked in with us before, during and after arrival and departure. The space was nicely decorated and loved the Keurig machine!

Fabulous stay (again) with Great Gull Island Properties. This townhouse was in a perfect location. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants but still secluded enough for peaceful rest when needed. The space was intentionally decorated with thoughtful details. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms made us feel right at home. We enjoyed coffee on the deck as part of our morning routine. Everything you could need is here. We also love that this home was able to accommodate our senior dog. All of us (Atticus included) love Great Gull and especially this stay at their historic townhome!

Paola place was just what was needed and more, very spacious. Checking in was very easy, which is a plus for me. She was available when needed and much wasn’t needed as everything was as explained or self explanatory. I would gladly stay there again and recommend her for SUPER HOST Award!
