The house had a lot of space especially with the finished upstairs. The backyard and hot tub was a great bonus.

We were in the area to meet our son's fiance's extended family. Nathania's home was perfect! We had 7 adults and 5 little boys ages 9, 7, 5, 2, and 2 months. There was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the time together. The hot tub, kayaks, and foosball table were especially popular! We were able to host a family dinner with guests which was wonderful. Everything we needed for preparation was readily available. Lots of beautiful parks, playgrounds, hiking areas. Plenty to keep everyone entertained! Nathania was extremely kind, gracious, and responsive to questions. We had absolutely zero issues. So grateful for a wonderful vacation. Thank you for sharing your idyllic home with us. We hope to visit again!!!

Our group had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious home. It was spotlessly clean and well stocked with supplies. The 7 of us enjoyed gathering around a spacious table to play games in the bright roomy sunroom. It led out to a very nice patio with a comfy wicker couch and chairs. The host was very prompt in responding to us and was quick to satisfactorily address our questions. We had a wonderful,memorable time!

From even before we arrived to the moment we left we felt welcome. We had a group of artists stay together to extend our time after a conference and it was a beautiful space with the perfect amenities and details. A table perfect for all of us to create and share space together. We met Tanya (as she says, “just the cleaning lady”, and she was lovely and very helpful! The house was epic and span from top to bottom! An absolutely wonderful way to get away and enjoy Mystic at our own pace. Thank you for everything!

Tracey’s home was newly renovated and wonderfully so. The beds were the among the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in , including nice hotels. The en suite bathroom and shower was nicer than hotel quality. The kitchen was chefs quality which made sense when we found out that Tracey was a restauranteur and runs the local golf club’s restaurant. He kindly made us some cookies upon arrival, but we did not get a chance to eat at his restaurant…which looked great…as did the public golf course. Tracey was a superb host, friendly and always available with good suggestions. Our kids loved playing in the back yard, rolling down the hill. They want to go back to “Mr Tracey’s House” as do we. Danbury was a nice alternative to Hudson valley with fewer tourists, yet still good hikes nearby as well as some good restaurants and a train museum that are kids enjoyed.

Had a wonderful stay! This home is perfect for families to get together, offering everything you need for a comfortable and memorable visit. Highly recommend!

This place was one of the best airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at! The host was super helpful and responsive, everything was beautiful and just as described, in fact it was even better in person! Everything was very clean, they provided a balloon, a card, and a wine bottle for my birthday which was so sweet! We would love to come back and are so grateful for everything the host provided to us. 😊

Susan’s place is a gem! Stayed here with two other families and we all absolutely loved the home, location and backyard space. It’s walkable to town and a block from the river. The house is particularly fun for those who love the historic homes of the New England coast- there’s a really neat book detailing photos of the renovations made to create the beauty that it is today. Another highlight was the occasional visit by Susan’s dog, Herman who was very respectful, friendly and delightful! Susan was a great host, would highly recommend a stay here and we look forward to staying again!

Victoria's place was wonderful! It was spacious and comfortable and gave our family plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our visit. Victoria was a very responsive host and made check in and check out stress free and easy! There was ample parking for our cars and the house was private - it was the "house behind the house" so we weren't subject to busy traffic noise on the street. (Got a little confusing for DoorDash drivers but we worked it out :D). I will book this same place next time I am up for an extended weekend with the family. Highly recommend!

Laurie s place is very nice, spacious and clean. Plenty of space to eat, hang out and 2 bath. The fenced in yard is great for dogs or kids. We weren't in full summer season so we're not taking advantage of the beach and water options but they offer alot. Allowed for an early check in which was great as we were in town for a memorial service.

My family and I had a lovely Easter stay at Klaira's house. The home is very nicely laid out and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and everything was spotless. There is a nice outdoor deck and gazebo area but the weather was a bit chilly so we did not get a chance to enjoy. We are familiar with this part of Connecticut so we had lots to do. The beautiful Weir Farm National Historic Park is nearby as are hiking trails and good restaurants a short drive away in Ridgefield and in Wilton. I recommend Klaria's comfortable house rather than a hotel for anyone looking for a family gathering spot for your New England stay.

Claudia responded to the couple of questions I had immediately. She was very kind and welcoming! The house was very clean and comfy! I look forward to another stay in the future.

Hope was hands down the most communicative and thoughtful homeowner I've ever had the pleasure of being hosted by. She had every possible concern already considered and ready to address, and she was extremely understanding of case-by-case needs unique to the current guests. I will most likely be finding time to stay at Hope's property again, as she was caring from start to end, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, safe, comfortable property to spend one-or many- nights at. Thank you again for hosting us, and I hope we have the opportunity to book through your place again!

Such a gracious host, easy and everything was flawless. The space is just magical, so relaxing, and the surrounding areas are beautiful. Feels like home from the minute you walk in.

We had a wonderful time at Deirdre’s place which was a last minute booking. She was very responsive and we felt so much at home, with everything we needed to keep our family of 5 safe and occupied. We especially loved the playroom and books for all ages. The backyard tire swing and bird watching was a hit with my bigger kids too. This place is perfect for a large group with lots of queen size beds. Easy walk to Ocean beach.

We were so much more than pleased with everything about this warm, welcoming and beautiful home. It was perfect for our friends gathering. Keith was very accommodating and very responsive. The area is close to so many different attractions. I would highly recommend staying here

This was our first time at the Barn. There were 8 of us. We had plenty of room. Plenty of parking. MaryBeth and Doug are extremely friendly. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the Barn. Will definitely book there again next year.

Stayed at Scott and Durelle's guest house for my 30th birthday with 10 friends. Booked mostly for the pool to enjoy a hot August weekend, but unfortunately there was a huge tropical storm! We still enjoyed the spacious house, jumping into the pool in the rain, cooking on the grill in a moment of dry weather, and overall had a peaceful and fun weekend despite crazy weather! A testament to this great property - which is beautiful and just as in pictures.

This was my second time staying at Tracy and Patrick’s home. My group was very pleased and it exceeded their expectations. Can’t wait to go back.

This wonderful antique home is in a Beautiful spot in the heart of Litchfield CT, and a delight early spring when the fields of daffodils awake! This unique 1793 house has a great view & sunset, fireplace, simple spa/gym making it a gem even when the pool is closed. Nearby the town with lots to offer and local farms for food shopping too. What’s not to love 💛 Bonus is a great host offering a home that is in touch with the realities of rentals, pets and people -not picky, precious or punitive. Happy to recommend and return!
