Welcome to your waterfront Tiny Home along the shady shores of the Santa Clara River! Located 15 min north of Snow Canyon State Park in the desert mountain cabin community of Brookside, this cozy private getaway is equipped for up to 3 guests and includes access to a communal riverfront acre of park-like grounds with a hot tub, swimming hole, hammocks, BBQ, dining tables, tree house and more. You'll also have your own private covered dining lounge, deck and all you'll need to escape the heat

Tracy's Country Living

Our home is located on an acre of land with a free dog pen and horse corral. There are 4 bedrooms with 11 beds, 3 triple Full size beds, 1 Queen size bed and 1 King size bed. We have a baby crib and high chair for the family travelers. Over 4 guests $10 per night per extra guest. We have an additional bedroom only, available with a queen size bed, for $30 per stay in a cozy, little cabin out back. This is the perfect home in a great location for a family reunion or gathering so come and enjoy.

Plenty of free parking in driveway and in front of the house.
