John was a wonderful host and we enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful and the deck was a great place to enjoy a coffee in the morning. Everything was exceptionally clean and the suite had everything we needed. Being a basement suite, some noise from above is to be expected but it was minimal. John was very thoughtful and gave us a heads up when they were having some company. We had a lovely stay.

Comfortable, convenient, spacious and nicely decorated. I hope to come back!

Great locating in the heart of Downtown Victoria. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, diners and shopping centre. The place was just as described and Jon and Gina were very responsive whenever I had any questions/issues that were easily resolved. Just a note that due to its location, you hear sirens throughout the day/night but it did not bother me during my 5 week stay.

Suite was spacious and felt new. We’ll stocked kitchen with the basics, and a nice layout so I could still socialize while cooking. 99% of all belongings were brand new or nearly new. Lovely shower. Both bedrooms felt equal, so no awkward battle of who gets the ‘better’ room. Beautiful huge yard which would be lovely to use in the summer months. Walking distance to amenities, and lots to do in the surrounding area.

This apartment had a great blend of history and original elements with modern touch. My wife and i found it very cozy. Our host stopped by a minute after we came to make sure we had understood how the heating is operated. Overall we had fantastic time

Amy & Trent's place is a perfect getaway near Oak Bay village. You can walk to restaurants and local shops in just minutes. The space is cozy with everything you need. Very nice hosts! Would definitely recommend!

Trish was wonderful to work with. She answered all our questions quickly and gave us some fabulous ideas for activities and great restaurants to book. The condo is in a great location to really experience the downtown lifestyle and to explore a vast variety of restaurants. She was with for every step of booking and gaining access the condo. We loved our time in Victoria!

Frank’s place was a peaceful retreat. The kitchen was spacious, and the patio garden added a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised by the Murphy bed—it was both comfortable and cleverly tucked away in the center of the unit. The sofa was also a good size, perfect for lounging. The resort amenities were fantastic, including a tennis court, basketball court, and an indoor pool (though it was closed for the season when we were there). The unit offers free use of kayaks, and these were top-notch—Pelican brand, fast, lightweight, and sturdy! There’s also a pickleball set available, which we enjoyed in the afternoon. Parking is conveniently located right beside the unit, making it easy to load up, and it’s shaded too! The view was stunning, especially in the morning when the sunlight hits the peaceful lake. Overall, it was a perfect quiet getaway between Victoria and Nanaimo. The host was incredibly responsive, offering flexible check-in and check-out times. Highly recommend!

Angela's place was lovely! We were over for a wedding from Ireland and it was such a cosy and cute spot to stay. I got to meet Angela and her daughter who were so nice! I couldn't recommend this place to stay more, it was so easy to walk to places/uber and was nice and quiet. The apartment looks exactly as described, low ceiling for tall people but luckily I'm 5'3 and it didn't cause me any issues. Angela was so helpful throughout the whole process of booking and stay and I really want to visit again because I loved it there!

Sweet Langford was a Home Away from Home. Colleen had a fresh fruit bowl as well as eggs, peanut butter etc in the fridge snd cupboards. The cupboards had tons of dishes and pots to accommodate any chef’s dream. The bed!!!! Was awesome as were the pillows! Such a dream!!

Roomy, comfy and clean; good bed. Though I didn’t use the kitchen much, it appeared well equipped. Easy drive to downtown Victoria and a 15-20 minute walk to Esquimalt shopping and coffee places. The neighbourhood is residential, pretty, and very quiet - provided a peaceful respite after busy days. The ocean-side park at the bottom of the street is a nice bonus.

The place is spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely stay again.

Deanna is a great host very accommodating and responsive. This is our second time staying at her place. Location is perfect to watch our son racing who was participating in Shawnigan regatta. Looking forward to stay here again next year!

This is a very great place to stay. Even though I stayed by myself I can imagine someone can stay there for a few days with a little family. The kitchen had almost more utensils and tools than mine at home. I felt at home from the minute walking in. I liked the “not so soft” bed. Nice night lights with usb outlets… Will definitely try to book again

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood close to a nice park and short drive to a great cafe. Check in and check out was a breeze and the hosts are great.

A beautifully clean and comfortable space, perfect for exploring Sooke and the surrounds. Well equipped with everything you might need for any length of stay.

I was visiting family in Sidney and needed a last minute place to stay. Mark’s place caught my attention online and when I arrived it was exactly as i expected. The scenery around the property is stunning. It is the quietest place i think i have ever rented, and the unit itself was great. I would absolutely rent this place again and highly recommend Mark as a host.

This is a fantastic location. It can’t be more central than this. Parking is also super convenient. I would stay here again.

Phenomenal location! Right on the beach and it's a very private suite with nothing but views. Well equiped and clean as well :)

: We stayed at Jiva’s Airbnb for a girls’ weekend to celebrate my mom’s 70th, and it was absolutely perfect! The views of the ocean and mountains are simply breathtaking—better than we could have imagined. The accommodations were wonderful: very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub every night, taking in the scenery and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect spot for a special celebration, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
