Our cozy, rustic off grid yurt is located 20 min west of Golden in the Bleaberry Valley. It is nestled on the side of Willow Bank mountain. The views and nearby activities here are world class. The yurt has all the necessities you need to have a comfortable stay anytime of year. It is a very basic and rustic place, best suited to adventure seekers. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Listen to the wolves howling right outside your window at the neighboring Wolf Center. Stay warm on those cold nights with the infloor heating and wood stove. This cozy little cabin is nestled in the beautiful Blaeberry valley, with great trails along the river's edge only a few minutes walk away.There is a full size shower and comfortable outhouse that has ample lighting that comes on automatically when it gets dark.

Blaeberry River Escape

Escape the crowds.. Escape the noise.. Come and enjoy our 100 plus acres of breathtaking beauty and solitude. In the spring, summer, and fall you can hike, bike, and play in and around the river. In winter, you can cross country ski, snowshoe, and toboggan. All without leaving the property. Once “home” soak in the hot tub, have a fire in the fire pit ( fire laws depending), and watch your children and dogs play. All while in the fenced backyard.

Locally owned and operated: Moberly Guesthouse is a ten-minute drive from Golden BC. Enjoy the natural surroundings, mountain views, and an abundance of wildlife while you relax in your private suite after a day of exploring the Canadian Rockies. This is a family-run guesthouse. Our Apartment Suite occupies the top floor of the cabin on our property. Price is based on two people. Additional guests are charged $25/night. No hidden cleaning fees.
