Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this, first-floor, centrally-located apartment just blocks from the Texas A&M campus. Newly renovated in a transitioning neighborhood, this unit features modern appliances, solid surface counter tops, and a 70" TV ready to stream your favorite personal streaming websites via our Roku guest log in. Comfortable king beds in both bedrooms. The unit is located on the Bryan side of campus, making it perfect for Aggie events OR for events across Bryan/College Station.

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

Howdy! Welcome to Anther Cozy Home in Aggieland (STR permit 2024/000272), located only a few minutes away from Texas A&M University in College Station. This is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom duplex with plenty of room for your comfort stay and gathering. Guests can enjoy the fenced backyard with BBQ grill and covered patio for pre-game and after game celebrations!; walking distance to shopping, and restaurants, proximity to Northgate, downtown Bryan, and Lake Bryan.

The Retreat at St. Joseph

The Retreat at St. Joseph is a family-friendly single family house that was built by a WWII veteran in 1946. Please note that it is an older home. The house is charming and cozy, and you will create precious memories here with your friends and family! The backyard is a decent size for your dogs to run around in. Please note that this home has window units for AC and space heaters in the winter for heat instead of central heat.

Oakwell Townhome: 2BR Kings 3 mi to A&M/Legends
