House was great. Perfect quaint house for our trip. Pool and jacuzzi were great for the family.

This was one of the best Airbnb's that we have stayed in....hands down! The home was so comfortable and clean, with everything you would need to cook, relax, and enjoy some time away. The home was really beautiful. The back area was uniquely laid out with a very nice (and warm!) pool, a tiki bar, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy. It was also on a water way with jumping fish, iguanas, and birds that played all afternoon! It was like nothing you would see anywhere else. Ralph met us when we arrived and showed us everything we would need to know. He was available without being overbearing in any way. It was close to restaurants and shopping, and the neighborhood was very safe for walking, running, or enjoying the ambience. We would absolutely return to this location again. 5 stars all the way around.

Our entire group was very sad to leave Spencer's place because of the amazing experience we had. We will definitely stay here again whenever we're in the area. Al fresco dining every night, sunbathing by the pool and the canal, sleeping hard as a rock on the comfy beds, and so much more helped us all feel comfortable away from our homes. The house was stocked with beach chairs, extra toiletries, a gifted bottle of champagne, and all the household necessities! Thank you for all the small touches around the house that made our trip memorable, fun, relaxing, and enjoyable!

Al was a great host! He was really communicative and responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. There were minor issues with the internet, as the coverage is not as equally stable and strong in all parts of the house. But even with that, Al was super helpful in providing additional alternatives and getting backup options/solutions in place. Also the patio is right on the water so that's a really nice element of the property.

This place was fantastic. Just steps away from Hollywood Beach, and a part of the beach that was relatively quiet and uncrowded. I liked that it required a 5-8 minute walk to get to the restaurants and hubbub. It meant that home base was nice and quiet. It was also far enough removed from A!A that I didn't hear the road. In terms of the unit, the beds were very, very comfortable. The showers were wonderful. The shared courtyard is peaceful and a great base to hang out or work. The laundry worked well. The kitchen was well stocked. It's a small kitchen space, and there is no oven. It's not a place where I'd want to make a 4 course meal. But I was able to make some eggs & saute some veggies without a problem. I'd just factor the small kitchen into your thinking about elaborate your cooking will be. Vicky was a total superhost - very proactive in ensuring we were okay. Overall, I really loved this place and would hands down stay there again. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay everything about this place exceeded our expectations! The hosts were absolutely amazing: responsive, thoughtful, went above and beyond with personal touches that made this leg of our honeymoon truly special. We rented a car and found the location super convenient, everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, including the airport and all the popular spots. Ubers were also easy to grab if not driving and the free parking was a huge bonus! The amenities were fantastic – the home had everything we needed to settle in and feel totally comfortable. fun games, garden area, and cozy spaces to relax. The bed was super comfy, the water was always hot, and the aircon kept everything nice and cool. A massive thank you to Gerhard truly the perfect host. We read all the glowing reviews before booking and now we can confidently say: every positive comment was absolutely spot on. We honestly loved our stay and highly recommend staying! Would come back again!!

My friend and I stayed at Nadine's cute condo for the perfect getaway weekend. Nadine was a wonderful host and super responsive/helpful before, throughout, and after our stay. The condo was a perfect fit for our vacation and for two girls, I would say we felt very safe and comfortable staying here. You can't beat the location at all, we walked everywhere!! Every day we walked to the beach, for breakfast, and dinner. It is the best spot to be in if you want good access to the beach and Atlantic Ave. We were able to check in early and head right over to the beach first thing in the morning- utilizing the beach chairs and towels for our perfect beach day. The two beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious for all of our belongings. Solid shower with good water pressure and clean towels. There was a brita in the fridge which was super helpful for filling up our water bottles. Overall have no complaints and would gladly stay again, thank you, Nadine!
