This cozy RV is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. A short walk brings you to a shared 2 story scenic dock to enjoy morning coffee or take in the sights. Wi-Fi. Washer & dryer in separate adjacent building. TV, futon and 2 person recliner in the living room. The bathroom has a walk in shower w/all the basics. Kitchen is fully equipped with propane stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, instant pot, and 2 burner electric hotplate. TV in bedroom with queen bed- fresh linens & under-bed storage.

Extras include; charcoal and gas grill, outdoor chairs, coolers etc. Camper is set on private property in a residential neighborhood near the end of the street.
