The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

The owners enjoy hosting weddings at their property in the summer months and want to extend their love for hosting year round by offering this 1 bedroom apartment to guests in their off season. This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and double bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new including the exterior siding is for your enjoyment. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.
