I believe I have now stayed here 3 or 4 times! It’s my go to on the lake and I won’t settle for any other place! This place is a must stay for anyone visiting the area, and it is especially fisherman friendly. Great boat access and great parking!

Henry and April were outstanding! They answered every question we had ahead of time promptly and thoroughly, and when we ran into an issue with the Keurig machine (not their fault at all) she came right over to resolve it and dropped off a new coffee maker. Very friendly and accommodating and we loved their beautiful home. Thank you so very much!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great privacy, cozy house and we loved the amenities of the fire pit and paddle boat. It was perfect for bringing our little one too, with a crib and toys available! We should have brought binoculars for all the cool birds and ducks we saw. There were even swans on the lake! I wish we could have stayed longer. The nearby town of Holly looks like it came straight out of a hallmark movie! It was so cute and had really amazing antique stores as well as some really great little restaurants we were able to try. I would move to this area in a second if I could!

Great stay, perfect spot to have quick access to the lake if you brought a boat. House was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We had a great time, and will be making this our go to place for our annual trip.

Very comfortable stay, super clean & neat. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for simple hot meals. Relaxing hot tub just right for two, and oodles of clean towels. Really want to say I appreciate hosts like Jamieson who politely request a few reasonable housekeeping tasks of his guests, instead of long lists of required chores and exorbitant cleaning fees. Would definitely stay there again.

Our 2nd stay at Troy’s!!! More trips coming also this summer! As I stated before, super lake front home- just perfect! Safe, restaurant within walking distance! Plenty of room for truck and boat! Close to numerous boat launches! The home is just perfect decor and waking up with the sun/lake in your face makes this home a huge bargain! Also can dock quickly can grab some lunch or anything you forgot on boat! Thanks Again Holly & some fisherman from Ohio

A few of my friends and I stayed with Steven for a fishing trip on the river. Peaceful area, perfect if you want to boat in and out. Steven was very responsive and accommodating, I would stay in Estral again.

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

I've stayed here a few times now, and it's consistently been great. I appreciate the cleanliness and that it's on a quiet street while still being close to restaurants, shopping, etc. It's been a really nice home base for visiting local family and friends.

Lisa has made a beautiful little getaway in the small town of Leamington! Their family was always friendly and very welcoming. Access to the park across the street and beautiful short walk to beach was so convenient and made the area feel more private as well. So relaxing and had everything you needed. It was a perfect getaway spot and I would highly recommend!

This is a basement apartment Airbnb, which I usually try to avoid, as we have experienced a basement Airbnb where we could hear every word the owners above us were saying. But this basement Airbnb we could not hear anything above us, so it was private. There is a soaking tub/shower with a rain shower shower head. The tub/shower, being a soaking tub, is high to get in and out of. But it has excellent water pressure. The bathroom is not right next to the bedrooms. We always bring our own nightlights in case this is the case. So, with the tall tub and bathroom not near the main bedroom, I am not sure I would recommend it for older people such as ourselves, but for a younger person, it would be perfect.

Enjoyed our time in the area. I'm from the lake area and enjoyed being centrally located to friends and family. Its a quiet location for the most part. Commonly refered to as a carriage house, located over the garage, you do here conversations and comings and goings of people adjacent to the property. We found everything we needed in the apartment. Bed was firm. which we enjoy, very cofortable. Linens were nice and served our stay well. Heating and cooling worked well and there was ample hot water. It takes a bit to reach the upstairs, but once it does, the pressure is good. Be aware that the stairway up is quite steep...may not be suitable for some. There are hand rails and a light in the stairway. There are a number of restaurants in the area...M29 diner is a favorite and Marine City Fish Company just up the river is also one of our area favorites. We would maybe stay here again if in the area, but think we prefer fully private dwellings.

My wife and I had an awesome stay at Olivia’s place in Courtright. The place looked just like the pictures—honestly, even better in real life. Super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. All the little touches were there, which made it feel like home. Olivia was a great host—really friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again and totally recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Park Bungalow #4 was the perfect home base for our family of 5 adults and one dog, in town for a family wedding. It is ideally located across from a large park and beach front. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable for all of us. We'd stay here again in a minute. Jamie and Cindy were very clear and responsive in all their communications from start to finish. Staying in their home was an overall excellent experience. Thanks!

very quick to respond. They remembered a promised DVD player was not there, offered to bring one the next day, but ordered one and had it delivered by 0800. Very welcoming home for a winter getaway of 4 friends. seating area nice for movie and Lions game watching. Plenty of VERY HOT water, for 4 showers! Bedrooms all upstairs as is the main bath. canal out the backside. ONLY NEGATIVE is the parking across the road. (the road is JUST beyond the front door) unloading and loading a little challenge, but doable. Definitely a comfortable home and great stay for a friend getaway.

Beautiful cottage! We loved the hot tub and loved the minimal checkout requirements. Made it much less stressful trying to leave! Loved having a place to leave garbage and not having to take it with us. Owners were incredibly responsive and kind! Great stay

I had a great week at Melissa's cottage. What questions I had were answered immediately. The park pass was really appreciated as that the reason for my visit. I would definitely stay there again if I returned to the area.

Devon’s place was great for a girls weekend trip! We felt comfortable and right at home, and we enjoyed the area for being peaceful. Looked like the photos and had everything we needed for the weekend! Would stay again!

We would highly recommend this cottage. It was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view of the lake. An extremely well-organized cottage with hosts that were happy to accommodate 😃. We were sad to leave!

Great cottage! Perfect for a family getaway. We enjoyed the beautiful beach which was a short walk away and the lovely yard. We had several bonfires and enjoyed the cozy cottage environment. Wonderful stay!

The place was very cute , clean, was set up great and had everything we needed. The views were better than the pictures. We took our dogs on a couple walks and all the neighbors were incredibly friendly and a couple stopped to chat. Lukas was super helpful and responsive. Overall a wonderful stay!
