The guesthouse is in West Annapolis, a residential neighborhood bounded by Weems Creek and the Severn River. It's close to downtown, the Naval Academy, and the Stadium. Quaint shops and restaurants are just around the corner.

Garden Suite

This light-filled, quiet and private Garden Suite is an extension of the house, with a separate entrance, overlooking garden and pool, and a wooded area. The Unit has two rooms which are partially separated by a beautiful stone wall. The rooms offer every comfort needed for a stay, whether it is a weekend or longer. The Garden Suite does not have a kitchen. Cleveland Park is a historic neighborhood, boasting great restaurants, shops and lovely walks nearby, such as Rock Creek Park and the zoo.

This recently renovated 2-story 18th Century stone cottage is the perfect blend of rustic and luxury, featuring stone walls, exposed beams, wood floors, a stone patio and outdoor fireplace, as well as Mountain views. Property includes kitchen, bathroom, and a living space with wood stove and dining table. Upper floor features bedroom and additional reading room. Cottage is just minutes from historic Middleburg in the heart of horse and wine country, perfect for relaxing or recharging getaways.

Our microhouse in 16th St Heights is the perfect home base for exploring the city. We're close to Rock Creek Park, the many restaurants and coffee shops of Petworth and Columbia Heights, and just a short bus ride from the downtown tourist sites. 16th St Heights is worthy of a little exploration in its own right, with a fantastic farmers market, beloved local eateries like Moreland’s Tavern and Highlands Café, and miles of forested bike/jogging trails in Rock Creek Park just a short walk away.

We are a fully licensed and inspected B&B on a 1790's farm in rural Loudoun County VA. Each morning you are treated to a continental breakfast of fresh pastry, fruit sourced from local farms, and homemade jams which we quietly deliver by 7:30 unless otherwise requested. Note that the base price is for 1-2 people. Guests 3 and 4 have additional fees.

The first floor has a small kitchenette equipped with a microwave, cooktop. coffee machine, refrigerator, countertop oven, and sink. The house is located in the safe and convenient AUPark neighborhood. On site parking is available. We live in the main house.
