Great place to stay. Beautiful views and well equipped house. It’s not the budget option but it’s worth it. The only thing is you have to be prepared for Ukrainian reality, sometimes electricity does go off. Hopefully war will be over soon and it won’t be a problem 🤞

I did not stay here. The reservation was made as a way to help support the noble people of Ukraine in their continued struggle against the tyrannical invasion of Russian military. May peace and democracy prevail.

Elenas Wohnung ist extrem sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet, zentral gelegen mit zwei Parkanlagen vor der Tür, vielen Restaurants und Cafés. Die Wohnung ist klassisch und elegant. Es gibt alles an Einrichtung, was man benötigt (Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Fön, Bügelbrett, Waschmaschine, etc.). Das Internet ist top. Elena ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir empfehlen Elenas Wohnung wärmstens und werden sicher nochmal diese Wohnung buchen, wenn wir wieder in Kiew sind. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Нам було дуже затишно і комфортно в помешканні. Чудове розташування і житловий комплекс. Сама квартира зручна і є все необхідне. Окремо хотіла б виділити комунікацію з господарями: дуже приязне спілкування і готовність допомогти з будь-якого питання

Я зупинялася в квартирі протягом двох тижнів, і це був справжній комфорт із першого дня до останнього. Квартира ідеально чиста, все ретельно прибрано, приємні аромати і відчуття затишку, наче вдома. Ліжко дуже зручне з якісним матрацом і приємною постіллю. Марія чудова господиня, дуже доброзичлива, завжди на зв’язку, турботлива і щира. Вона подбала про кожну дрібницю, щоб перебування було максимально зручним. У квартирі є все необхідне: фен, праска, достатньо рушників, чай, кава, цукор, і все, що потрібно для тривалого проживання. На кухні повний набір посуду і техніки, що дозволяє без проблем готувати повноцінні страви. Особливо сподобався стильний і свіжий ремонт, достатньо місця для речей, присутня велика шафа купе із дзеркалом, усе зроблено зі смаком, сучасно, водночас дуже затишно. Розташування зручне: поруч магазини, кафе, зупинки транспорту, все під рукою. Це був крутий досвід на Airbnb. Раджу на 100%

I had a fantastic stay at Alex & Eugenie's flat. It’s elegant, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is both peaceful and ideally situated near Maidan. Communication with them was excellent—one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! I can't wait to return.

Great quirky flat in amazing location in Podil, even sorted me out with a new key when I lost one. Some issues occasionally with the water supply but seemed to be an issue with the whole building rather than the apartment

Квартира с прекрасным соотношением цены и качества. В моем любимом районе. Учитывайте, что в доме нет лифта, и если вы приезжаете с чемоданами, придется немного потягаться:) В остальном - отличное жилье в любимом Киеве.

If I were to create an AirBnB, I would want it to be like this. If you plan a long stay, I have two words for you... "clothes dryer" (not common in Ukrainian AirBnBs). There are plenty of places to eat nearby and you can walk to the city center in about 25 minutes. It isn't close to the Metro but the area is very walkable, or call and Uklon. One of the best AirBnBs I have ever stayed in anywhere. I can't think of a thing it was missing and it's like new. The price is well worth it when you consider there is security and parking included. Unless you are looking for something really cheap, you should stay here.

Excellent location close to grocery stores, restaurants, metro stations. The apartment has modern decor and is very quiet at night. Would love to book again in the future. Snizhana is very kind and proactive - one step ahead in making sure things are alright for the guest (which would be me).
