Located 100 feet from the main house, in a separate building, is our studio. (Please note the studio is one room with bathroom, essentially like a hotel room ) We are a 20 min walk way from the downtown mall. Featuring a queen size bed, kitchenette (fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker) Bathroom includes a marble wall. Wildlife on the lake includes geese, herons, ducks, osprey, eagles, turtles, and beavers. The setting is serene and peaceful. You will have a private entrance and a covered porch. Kayaks are available for your use on the lake. Unit approved with a Special Use Permit for Tourist Lodging by Greene County.
