Boat House on the Beach

The Boat House is located right on the beach (perfectly safe for kids) on the island of Valentia off the Southwest coast of Ireland. The big window in the sitting room overlooks the beach, Lighthouse, Beginish Island and beyond. It is the most wonderful place to be in good weather and the most fascinating in bad weather when you can watch big waves crashing onto the beach, the rugged shore and the rocks by the lighthouse - all while being cuddled up on the couch with a hot cup of tea!

A quiet place to relax after a long day travelling. Go for walks in the countryside or on the local Reenroe beach during the day and gaze up at the stars at night.
