Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

Grande maison idéalement située à Saint Malo, à proximité immédiate de la plage ! Nous avons pu y loger à 10 en famille sans problème, la maison est fidèle au descriptif et Isaline a été très réactive à nos demandes et très arrangeante sur les horaires ! Un grand merci, nous avons passé un excellent WE !

Emplacement idéalement situé pour découvrir la côte des Légendes et le pays léonard, il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! Et Christine et Fernand sont à vos petits soins pour vous conseiller sur les choses à voir ou à faire dans le coin.

Logement paisible, conforme au descriptif et situé dans un petit lotissement très calme. Le jardin est magnifiquement arboré et propre. La localisation permet de rayonner dans les environs de Perros Guirec et de faire de très belles balades. Hôte accueillant et bienveillant. Séjour sympathique en famille.

Wir waren eine Woche im AirBnB von Stuart und Alison. Einfach alles absolut traumhaft. Man wacht auf mit der Morgensonne und kann auf der Terrasse gemütlich mit einem Kaffee in den Tag starten. Am Pier hat man die Möglichkeit zu essen, sich in den Arcades zu beschäftigen oder einfach einen schönen Strand Spaziergang zu machen. In acht Minuten ist man zu Fuß mitten in der Stadt von paignton. Die Lage ist also absolut perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wenn es mal regnet findet man im ersten Stock ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und im Lagerraum genug Gemeinschaftsspiele um sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Alles in allem waren wir hier überaus glücklich und sehr zufrieden mit allen angeboten. Und wenn man mal eine Frage hat erreicht man Stuart direkt und er antwortet auch innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Stuart und Alison für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir behalten euch definitiv in Erinnerung. Viele liebe Grüße und eine gute Zeit wünschen wir den beiden. 🥰

Lovely warm clean house Good parking relatively good location with the town being a just down the hill - there is a super market close but other than that it’s just down in the town

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

Le logement impeccable très bien situé, le centre ou plage accessible à pied à moins de 1km. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine et la salle de bain, Mauricette a préparé un book de découverte du secteur.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Julies Apartment. Es liegt direkt an der Innenstadt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Dinan sind fußläufig erreichbar. Außerdem ist das auch ein guter Homebase, um die Gegend (st. Malo, Dinard, etc.) zu erkunden Man findet Parkplätze problemlos direkt an der Straße. Das Apartment ist schön dekoriert, sehr gut ausgerüstet und hat wörtlich alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Julie ist eine super Gastgeberin. Obwohl sie nicht direkt vor Ort ist, ist sie immer gut erreichbar und reagiert schnell. Wir hatten am ersten Tag ein Problem mit dem Wassertank in Toiletten. Julie hat sofort einen Handwerker organisiert und das Problem behoben. Vielen Dank Julie, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder zurück!

Un séjour très chouette dans un logement agréable avec tout le nécessaire et très bien situé. Très souple pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Je recommande

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement d’Elisabeth. Celui-ci est parfaitement situé, en plein centre de Dinard mais au calme. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel, et très lumineux. Nous n’avons pas profité du petit balcon car nous y sommes allés en janvier mais il est possible d’y déjeuner et il est exposé plein sud. La literie est très confortable et les volets et fenêtres permettent une isolation parfaite du bruit et de la lumière. Elisabeth est une hôte très sympathique et arrangeante pour les horaires. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse car nous reviendrons de façon certaine. Un grand merci !

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans la haute ville historique, à proximité immédiate des plages, du Plat Gousset, de la pointe du Roc... Emplacement idéal, au calme, pour profiter de Granville et des alentours.

Hôte réactif et accueillant. Le ménage parfait, rien a redire, tout était conforme à la description.

Superbe accueil de Jacqueline avec de belles attentions. L'appartement, superbe et bien équipé, est très bien situé, centre ville rapide à pieds avec tous les commerces. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au calme avec une belle vue. La terrasse est appréciable pour le petit-déjeuner et l'apéro. Je recommande vivement cette location pour visiter la région.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Jill's place is brilliant! I found it spacious and scrupulously clean with really imaginative great quality furnishings.and appliances. The kitchen is excellent and comes with an impressive supply of utensils, cookware etc. The showers are great and the bed comfortable.There's a lovely upstairs TV lounge with 2 balconies great for sitting out.The courtyard on the ground floor is really attractive and well stocked with BBQ equipment etc. I loved the abundance of greenery both inside and out. It's very easy to find (on the A379) and doesn't involve negotiating any tortuous narrow rroads, thank goodness. Great to have 2 parking spaces. Jill was very quick to respond to a question I had and was extremely helpful regarding arrival/departure times. as well as providing local recommendations. Having stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, I'd say this is the best I have been to so far Thank you so much, Jill. Hope to book again.

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!

Hôte très agréable et à l’écoute. Le logement est très bien situé à proximité immédiate de la promenade de bord de mer, avec en plus un une place de parking.

Nous avons été accueilli par Samuel et Katia avec le sourire. Logement très bien agencé et décoré avec goût ! Il est proche du centre et du port pour partir en visite. Le parking privé est un vrai plus. Seul petit bémol pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon, cela peut être un peu bruyant avec la route.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.
