In winter it is possible to ski right up to the front of the house. The house is connected by an elevator from the riverside. The apartment was completely renovated on summer 2017. The apartment is located about 50 meters from the departure of the Cervinia's Plan Maison Cable Car and about 200 meters from the center of the village.
