We had an amazing time at this bungalow! The amount of detail placed into this rental is unreal and awesome! Whatever you think you need, they have thought about it! This is a great location to be near downtown and UT. We would return again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay for March Madness. Easy walk to the Pearl, great coffee shop down the road, and easy access to river walk going downtown. Place is comfortable and Fernanda is very responsive and helpful!

Wow! This place is a peaceful oasis in the midst of busy Austin! This refuge that Cynthia and Bobby have created is centrally located to downtown, yet, once you pull in, you feel you are staying in a getaway in the country. We were welcomed with soothing music from Willie Nelson, a spacious living room and open floor plan, and quiet, and very comfortable bedrooms. There was also a friendly outdoor cat who greeted us and brought joy to my daughter. We do hope to visit again when we are back in Austin as this AirBNB was one of the top highlights on our trip!

The house was spacious and had plenty of room for all 12 of us! It was centrally located to everything we were interested in doing, and the food truck park across the street was a huge hit! We definitely enjoyed our long weekend!

We had a great stay with family. We were there for Thanksgiving gathering and it turned out nice. Thomas's property made us feel like we were at home. We were able to bring our pet with us and even he was comfortable! The home has nice views of Lake Travis and it is in a quiet neighborhood.

Jeffreys Loft was very enjoyable. My husband and I enjoyed staying there. We were visited multiple times by the owners cat, Pixel, which we absolutely loved. Neighbors across the street were loud a couple times during the stay but not noticeable inside the actual loft.

We had a great stay here! The property is beautiful, and Zane was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a gorgeous house! It’s very private and has so much gorgeous greenery! Anita was so helpful and nice. The house was decorated great and had everything I needed to host an amazing bachelorette weekend for my sister. Great house for a large group of friends or a big family!

House is huge with plenty of room for my group of 8, plus enough bathrooms for everyone to use. Awesome kitchen area. Rooms were very clean and stylish. Close to downtown and SoCo. Ryan communicated quickly whenever I had a question. Can’t beat the price!

This house is the perfect lake house getaway! My wife and I had a great time and were so comfortable. Flip and Elizabeth are wonderful host and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. What makes this house so special is the sunset view of the lake. It's high on a hill with a perfect view of the setting sun. The sky is truly magnificent. What's also great is there empty lots to the R and L of the house. So there's lots of privacy and the feeling of being in nature. I'd prefer this house over being on the lake actually. It's one of the best views you'll find in Point Venture (maybe even the best)! The house is super clean and updated. The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are all beautiful. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. The coach is great too while watching TV on the projector. We had everything we needed and more. I can't say enough about this place. We'll definitely be back! Point Venture is a special oasis in the middle of TX! Thank you!

Fantastic place! Close to everything with tons to do nearby. The house itself was perfect - clean and the best beds ever!! Felt like a cloud! Responsive hosts and easy in and out. Could not ask for more!

This condo was modern, quiet and very clean. It was a perfect place to rest our heads after touring the great town of Austin. Thank you for the dining/drinking recommendations!

Great condo and great location. Short walk to the riverwalk. We even could walk all the way up to Pearl District. We had everyhing we needed and very clear/easy instructions. Would 100% recommend!

Overall our stay was fantastic! But to start, it was a little hard to find the parking spot. The directions were descriptive but a lot to process and decipher. Once we found it, it was a bit challenging to park in it. But we learned that many parking spots in Austin are narrow and tight. The condo is beautiful, has a cool character and was super clean. Unfortunately, the weather kept us off the rooftop terrace unfortunately but what a view! Wow. We felt super comfortable in the space and the neighbor was extremely welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay again and encourage others to choose this space for their stay. It's cool! And the Whole Foods down the street is next level amazing!!!
