This bright and cozy house with a semi-open kitchen and a sunrise terrace offers a beautiful panorama view over rice fields. Although in the countryside, it´s located only 15 min away from Jogja´s city center. We are a German-Indonesian family living nearby who has been in love with this area for years. The chill wind in the fields – the “Sawah Breeze” – and the soothing sounds of nature invite you to unwind and forget about everyday life. A healthy, homemade breakfast is included.

Niwa House is a 3-bedrooms (all with air-conditioner) tranquil house at a cool northern countryside of Yogyakarta (at 277 meters above sea level). Around 20 minutes drive to Jogja city center. Rent is for the entire house.
