It’s a great home in a very peaceful location. Just loved watching the horses in the pasture.

We really liked the stay...and felt at home.

This place was incredible. It’s in the middle of the country and completely private. We stayed here for two nights, in between our wedding and our honeymoon and it was perfect. We requested wine and chocolates and they generously supplied both along with the usual amenities.. s’mores kit, sodas, water, condiments in the fridge, 6 fresh farm eggs, two muffins, Keurig coffee, ice cream and popsicles in the freezer.. this place was just above and beyond in every way. There were kayaks available to use and a fire pit down by the pond. We could see the cows in the fields around us. Tyson and Renee were super friendly and helpful hosts and provided outdoor heaters and wool blankets to make the outdoor area comfortable in March. There was amazing reading material and games inside the house and I loved the decor and the peace I felt there. It was a wonderful reprieve after all the wedding activity and a beautiful place for us to rest and enjoy each other for our first day as a married couple!!

A beautiful home nestled into the country was the perfect spot for our Team! We were in town on business and this location provided the rest and peace we needed after a long day. The hone had all the comforts of home, which allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals. The commute into Chattanooga was easy. We enjoyed the scenery.

Great home to stay while in Dalton. We were in town for softball tournament. Home very convenient to fields and restaurants. I would highly recommend this home. Clean home, safe neighborhood and quiet.

This home was a great vacation spot for family vacation. The loft room allowed for us to have young kids with sleeping issues to not disturb the rest of the house. the couch and several of the beds are extremely comfortable. All of the beds had protectors on them to keep the mattresses clean and bug free! the property is nice and open, and backs up to a farm with very sweet animals open for a visit. The neighbors are all very friendly and the driveway is more than big enough for several cars without getting in anyone's way. less than 5 minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants, 15 minutes to anything in chattanooga. the master suite is beautiful, clean and the whole house has very inviting feel. Kerry and Ryan are awesome very responsive hosts to any question i had. You won't be sorry for staying here. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Gorgeous space with lovely little details throughout. The location is a perfect homebase for exploring Southside and Downtown. After a day out and about, we found ourselves just as excited to get back and enjoy the apartment with it’s rooftop mountain views, twinkly spa shower, and the most comfortable beds. We also enjoyed learning the history of the building. The size was perfect for three adults but has plenty of room for a family or couples traveling together. We’d love to return to this cozy, clean, and stylish spot!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in downtown Chattanooga! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The space was just the right size for two people, very cozy, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed here for the 2025 Easter weekend. The description of the place in AIRbnb is accurate. There was parking for two cars. The area was safe and you are two blocks from the free trolley to get downtown. I would easily stay here again if needed.

Beautiful property! It very cozy and decorated so lovely. Loved the big window that has view to garden. Very clean and organized and charming. Loved the front porch patio! Adrienne was so helpful and friendly. Lots of recommendations to restaurants and activities! I highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at David and Joanna's place! The apartment is truly spacious and the natural lighting is amazing which is a huge plus for us. The apartment was very clean when we arrived with no issues during the stay and the internet is super speedy which is great because we both work from home and had no issues. David and Joanna are also very thoughtful hosts and even shoveled the sidewalks when it snowed during our visit. The one small con is that the sound travels very easily between the apartment and the main house above. This wasn't an issue for us since we had similar waking/sleeping hours but if you're sensitive to sound, it's something to consider. Overall a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place to stay - and our third time at this location. Clean, close to SAU, comfortable with very amenities, nicely decorated, and great communication from Nina. Highly recommend!

This condo is very clean and the photos in the listing match exactly. It is very easy to find and located close to restaurants, bars, and all the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. In fact the Parkway Pourhouse restaurant is located directly across the street from this condo and has great food. The host Shaun was very helpful and accommodating. He checked to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed to have a great time. Check in directions were clear and concise and were easy to follow. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Chattanooga that is comfortable, clean, and close to everything then look no further. You won’t regret it. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

It was very clean and not too far from everything we wanted to do. While we were only there with another couple for the weekend, they also have it well equipped for traveling with children. Recommend!

Loved the place, we had everything we wanted and was very clean when we checked in. Please understand the location is convenient but it’s in an industrial zone. Did not notice any noise during our stay. I highly recommend Talithas place for a party of four.

My husband and I visited Chattanooga with our two dogs for a wedding. We only stayed a weekend, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The listing was in a great location (walking distance to several restaurants), so clean, great size, and very comfortable/cozy for us. Would 100% recommend this listing for anyone visiting Chattanooga.

Jen was wlecoming and let us know she was available for any questions, or concerns. Instructions were left for remotes, which was helpful. The condo was pristine and very cozy with plenty of extra blankets and linens.. The chocolate kisses were comforting to my anxiety filled trip. It was raining and Waze decided to take us on a narrow and steep road up the side of the mountain! Good news, there is another way that is safer! The place was well worth the drive and the views to the mountains were beautiful! We will be back!
