Quyen en Tam zijn de beste airbnb gastheer en gastvrouw en gastvrouw die ik ken. Alles is zeer schoon en keurig geregeld. Heel service gericht (zelfs de was wordt gedaan). Tam heeft ons uitgebreid verteld over de omgeving. Ze zijn heel attent, een drankje en fruit bij thuiskomst. Het ophalen en wegbrengen naar busplaats wordt door hen geregeld. We hebben de privé-kajaktour met Quyen ook gedaan en dat is werkelijk een prachtige tocht. Hij heeft veel kennis en jarenlange ervaring als giss. En allerbeste is de geweldige kookkunst van Tam: de ontbijten zijn de beste in Vietnam … en als je gebruik maakt van de mogelijkheid om te dineren weet Tam er een smaakfeest van te maken. Quyen, Tam en Ahn het belangrijkste is misschien wel dat jullie een fantastische gezin zijn, jullie hebben ons enorm thuis laten voelen en ons toch alle ruimte om ons zelf te zijn gegeven. Dank jullie wel dat we bij jullie mochten verblijven.

We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Lagoon! Our bungalow was charming, cozy, and the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is ideal—peaceful and tucked away from the hustle of Cat Ba Town, yet still easily accessible. One of the unexpected highlights was the adorable pets, who made our mornings even more enjoyable as they kept us company over coffee. Speaking of drinks, the bar here is incredible! The coffee, tea, and cocktails were hands-down the best we had during our entire month in Vietnam. We only wish they served dinner too! If you're visiting Cat Ba, this place is a must-stay. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond—she picked us up from the bus station, let us rent a motorbike directly from her, cooked rice for us, and even helped with our laundry. She is incredibly kind and made us feel truly welcome. The house itself is spacious, well-equipped with everything you might need, and very comfortable for remote work. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cozy, hassle-free stay with a wonderful host!

We had a great stay on the Island of Cat Ba. The accommodation had everything we needed to be comfortable including a washing machine which was helpful when travelling light. Minh provided lots of information on what was available to us on the island. The previous guests left early so my husband and grandson were able to get in early. They arrived around 8:30 am after a 12 hour bus ride from the Northern part of Vietnam so they really appreciated getting early admittance. The home was very colourful and had a front veranda which was a perfect place to unwind after a day of activity. My husband appreciated being able to rent a motorcycle at the homestead which made our stay even more enjoyable, as we were able to get around the island on our own. The AirBnB is off the beaten path but not far from the waterfront. There was ample space for several guests and I would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends. The accommodation is in an easy-to-find location. The view from the room is very beautiful, and the room is clean. Manh is a very friendly host. It is very convenient to visit many places by walking from the accommodation. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Cát Hải.

Good location (in town), near the beach. Host is very friendly, he can suggest you where to go, what to eat. You can have bbq dinner + beers in the place, recommended for group 10-15 ppl
