Castro Daire: aluguel por temporada com terraço

It was a great location, clean and easy check-in/checkout. Having on-site parking was a bonus, although being centrally located, most places were easy to walk to. We really enjoyed our stay!

Tivemos uma excelente hospedagem no imóvel da Ana. Casa extremamente limpa e com tudo o que precisar. O jardim da casa é magnífico, muito bem cuidado e reservado. Perfeito para refeições como pequeno almoço. Com certeza voltaremos outras vezes.

Such an amazing apartment! Spacious, very stylish and it has an amazing, sunny terrace with a stunning view. Supermarkets, restaurants, ATM and a bakery are within walking distance. Marli was super communicative and always replied very fast. She gave us some useful tips for river beaches and even brought us cake for her sons birthday :) 10/10!

Paulo's place is extremely modern, clean, spacious with a great bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. Just a pity it was too cold to make use of the pool. It was an added bonus being able to eat in their restaurant downstairs.

Wij hebben echt een hele fijne tijd in het appartement van Paul gehad! Wij raden het 💯 % aan! Ons verblijf was eigenlijk véél te kort & wij willen zeker een keer terug komt. Voor wie een unieke ervaring zoekt buiten het massa toerisme om: hier ben je aan het juiste adres! In Paul’s huis wordt je van harte welkom geheten en voor even is het ook ‘jouw huis’ Een unieke ervaring van het Portugese leven in de Douro vallei. Ook de omgeving is prachtig, de mensen zijn aardig en alles is heel betaalbaar. We hopen ooit eens terug te keren in dit mooie Portugese paradijsje. 🫶

Helga and Mario have a beautiful clean place with incredible views of the Douro River Valley. We had great instructions to get to the home and how to get in with a keyless code. It was raining and cold so we were soaked getting the gate open and getting suitcases inside. There’s a fireplace in the living area and I asked Helga if we could get firewood and within minutes someone arrived with wood and he even built us a fire. When I made my reservation, I mentioned that I needed a haircut/ pedicure and Helga made me an appointment with Sonia in the next village of Tabuaço for the day after we arrived, that was wonderful service and kind of her. I was very pleased. Helga gave very good information on things to do in the area and places to eat. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had while traveling. Everything was clean and as stated in the listing. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs if that is an issue but we were told this before we booked. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Solution idéale pour celles et ceux qui veulent vivre un séjour tranquille et dans un village retiré et authentique. Dès l’arrivée, nous y sommes très bien accueillis, et pour nous qui ne parlent pas la langue du pays, notre hôte est charmante et parle très bien le français. Elle est au petits soins et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Le logement est top . Lumineux et spacieux, confort, tout est de grande qualité. A l’extérieur, plusieurs terrasses La piscine chauffée est évidemment un plus dans un jardin fermé. Trois petites précisions qui peuvent avoir de l’importance nous étions « seuls » ce qui était parfait pour nous. A d’autres moments, il peut y avoir de la promiscuité car il y a deux logements qui sont à louer (mais il y a deux piscines). Plusieurs escaliers donc attention aux personnes à mobilité réduite et pour les courses rien dans le village prévoir 20 mins pour le 1er supermarché à 6 kms. en bref nous sommes ravis de notre semaine !

Salienta-se limpeza ótima e boas condições da habitação. a senhora rosa é uma pessoa honesta, transparente, responsável e que ajuda sempre que é necessário. a localização é muito boa. Não é necessário usar o carro no dia a dia. O prédio é calmo e na maioria das vezes silencioso.

Nous avons passé une nuit chez Joao et tout fut parfait, Joao est très réactif en amont de notre arrivée et très accueillant avec toute sa famille et le chien adorable. La chambre est au dernier étage donc bien isolée du reste de la maison et tout est propre, le lit est grand et confortable et il y a une petite salle d'eau à disposition avec un toilette et un évier donc bien pratique pour ne pas trop déranger. Nous recommandons à 100 % ce logement pour une étape ou même un séjour un peu plus long !

José Manuel fue un anfitrión impecable. El alojamiento es perfecto para escapar y pasar días sumergidos en la naturaleza. El camino es montañoso y la vegetación es preciosa. Debes ir preparado para ver acantilados y carreteras estrechas. Están todos los detalles cuidados y tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar. Si vas con niños, ten en cuenta que hay muchas escaleras. Nos comunicamos muy bien y todo fluyó perfecto.
