This nice little upper apartment is completely furnished with 2 double beds, stove, refrigerator, microwave and Coffee pot! Perfect location, 10 minutes from Caseville, 7 Minutes from Bay port. Linens are provided, and the kitchen is set up with dishes, pots and pans, mostly anything to cook and eat a meal. Providing you with all that you need for a stay and 10 minutes away from the beach.

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Whether you're coming to town for business or pleasure, you're going to enjoy your visit to this cozy cottage nestled between Lake Huron and the Tobico Marsh. This small one bedroom, one bathroom getaway is just the right size for 2-3 people. There is a paved trail just a short walk down the road that connects to the Bay City State Park and Tobico Marsh trails.
