Unique Woods Retreat ~ Quiet place in Nature

Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, built with many unique features: a log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop on our property. The gorgeous metal stair railing hand designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

Fall is a great time to head North, Lake Huron is gorgeous, this peaceful, unique, cozy, tiny cottage has a style all its own. One bedroom with full size bed, and futon in living room . Walking distance to downtown, Cheeseburger festival, restaurants, brewery, beach, grocery store, marina and a short drive to Port Austin with many beaches on the way. Linens are provided, and the kitchen is set up with dishes, pots and pans, mostly anything to cook and eat a meal. Providing you with all that you need for a stay and 10 minutes away from the beach.
