Very nice and clean! Loved the beach access and the pool!

We had no issues comfortably sleeping a family of 5. Owners were very responsive and helpful. We had a great trip and would stay again in the future.

Stayed here in early April. We loved that from the main floor we were able to see the ocean through the floor to ceiling windows and watch the dolphins. Loved the open floor plan on the main floor. You could see the view from everywhere. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you could need to make light lunches or full meals. The beds were very comfortable with quality matresses. Bedrooms had plenty of dresser space. The older kids enjoyed having a large space of their own on the lower floor to hang out, play games and watch movies together while the adults were on the main floor. Even though it was early for the season there was alot to see and do in the area and the pool was already open. We loved that we were able to walk off the back deck straight to the beach along a boardwalk. It made it so easy and convenient to go back and forth when you needed a break or just wanted to go out for a short time. This will be our first choice to stay again on our next visit.

This is our second time staying at Deb and Paul’s condo. The host is very responsive and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. It’s in a great location within A Place at the Beach. Our family loves it here!

My husband and I spent 3 nights here, exploring local beaches and restaurants, as well as to use it as a jump off place to visit Cape Lookout lighthouse. If that interests you, plan ahead and buy ferry tickets the day before. The local beaches were nice, but not a lot of beach, especially at or close to high tide. The condo was nice, beds comfy, easy access to the beach. Used the back deck a lot to enjoy the ocean view, which is limited, but still nice.

My wife & I have stayed at various Pine Knoll Townes rentals for the last 40+ years and Brenda's townhome was easily one of the cleanest and well-appointed units. We had a couple of questions for Brenda during our stay and she was always very quick to respond. We hope to return next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Christina’s home. She has thought of every detail with a fully equipped kitchen, modern amenities, and a very welcoming environment. She was quick to respond to my questions and went above and beyond what was expected. The short walk to the beach was so nice! I enjoyed sunrises and sunsets each day. We hope to return!

Beautiful home located in a peaceful area and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Very comfortable beds, nice outdoor seating areas and spacious enough for large or multiple families. We had a wonderful stay!

Really enjoyed staying here. The condo was conveniently located to the beach and to Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. It was clean and tastefully decorated with all the necessities of home. My favorite was the coffee bar with Nespresso and drip coffee options. We enjoyed sitting on the community deck in the mornings watching the ocean and sipping coffee. The ocean can also be seen from the master balcony which was very nice. Thank you for hosting us!

The space was wonderful and just like the photos! Brenda was gracious host who provided a helpful guide to anything within the place! The neighborhood is nice and quiet with nearby grocery stores & restaurants were satisfactory as well!

We absolutely loved our stay at Martini Time in Atlantic Beach! This condo is beautiful, clean, and had all the necessities and then some to make our stay comfortable. We definitely recommend staying at this beautiful place, and we hope to be return guests in the very near future! Thank you for helping to make our family trip special!

Beautiful townhome with gorgeous views of the marina and oriental bridge! Bedrooms / beds nice size. Decor perfect and bright. Ample space in kitchen- very well stocked. I brought my own French press and was astonished to find one sitting on the counter when I arrived!! :) Elevator makes unloading and loading convenient and no stress. Grassy yard perfect for sitting out on a sunny day! In great hands with Beth Fraizer Associates and team. :)

Absolutely five stars for Barefoot Beach Club! From the moment we arrived, everything about this rental exceeded expectations. The weather was absolutely perfect—sunny skies, ocean breeze, and warm enough to enjoy time on the beach! Each morning started with a short, peaceful walk to the beach, coffee in hand, soaking in the salty air and stunning views. It was pure bliss. The house itself is beautifully maintained, stylish yet cozy, & packed with all the creature comforts we needed. The space is clean and spacious. The coastal decor is tasteful and comfortable - it truly felt like a home away from home. The views from the porch were especially lovely—sunrises and sunsets were a daily treat. Location-wise, you really can’t beat it. A few mere steps from the sand, but still tucked away enough to feel private unbothered. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect beach escape in a quaint town!

Cathy place was amazing, their team was very accommodating and understanding to our circumstances. We loved how thoughtful and responsive she was. The views were amazing. The home felt like home. Plenty of towels and blankets. Spacious, loved the two levels! Enjoyed the fire pit on the balcony. Will come back when it’s hot as they have everything you need to hangout by the beach. We will be back for sure. Cathy’s place is a MUST when visiting Emerald Isle!

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving week here. Jessica was extremely responsive before during and after our stay. The house had everything we needed, and there was room for everyone. It was great to be so close to the beach while also having a comfortable house where we could enjoy our Thanksgiving meal, games, movies, and family time together in.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rose's Airbnb. The place was clean and organized, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions for everything. Rose's attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. She generously provided a complimentary bottle of wine, along with a selection of drinks and snacks, which made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. Her hospitality and thoughtful touches made our stay truly special. We highly recommend staying at Rose's place and would love to return in the future.

This was our second time staying here and it will continue to be our first choice when coming to the Cape Carteret/EI/Swansboro area. The residence is immaculately maintained and beautifully decorated in subtle beach colors. My husband especially loved that it was calming without too many decorative objects that create a clutter feeling. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with supplies and quality dining/cookware. Furniture is comfortable, especially for the two of us as tall people. Easy to access WiFi and television. There is an excellent collection of books to choose from. This trip, I didn't bother to bring books knowing I'd find plenty to enjoy. Brandi is a superb host! BTW, we recommend T&W's Oyster Bar, just 1.5 miles back up 58, for the best oysters and great seafood. Delighted to stay at Brandi's and quickly enjoy some oysters.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The views from this place are priceless! The kitchen is well equipped. The neighbor next-door was super nice and accommodating. It’s also a really great location. It’s just minutes from Atlantic Beach and Beaufort. The neighborhood felt very safe and was very quiet.

The host was amazing, very responsive and on top of any problems we had with the air bnb app! Highly recommend to anyone looking to book this beautiful place!!
