The appartement was exactly like the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom renovated, large bedroom with huge walk-in. Brand new appliances, two flats screen tv and washing machine + dryer. The view of the pool and beach is amazing. My kids slept well on the hide bed sofa but I wouldn't recommend it for adult (confort). The entire building is under renovation but didn't bother us. We enjoyed the play game room with ping pong table, pool etc. The grocery store and drugstore was at a walking distance. I recommend and would definitely go back

This ocean villa is wonderful. Steps to the beach, very private, and perfect views of pool and ocean. It’s great for a couple or couple with a child. It has everything we needed in terms of amenities.

I highly recommend Eileen’s place, she is such an amazing host. Always asking if everything is good, Or if you need anything at anytime let her know. She is more than willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 🥰 Also Gabriela ( her daughter) is such a helpful person. it was my first time in Puerto Rico and she recommended the best beaches and places to visit. They made me felt like it was my own home. The place is absolutely nice and well equipped and clean. The location is 15min away from all of the restaurants, airport and San Juan viejo!

Beautiful & very clean place , it’s a far walk to the beach, but not too bad with car. The pool within the village is very close. Villa has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend.

Howard is the best airbnb host I've had the pleasure of booking with. The island lost power twice during our stay and he was more than ready for it. He provided us with battery operated fans and LED lights with extra batteries. He also had a generator running until midnight for our comfort so we had a/c running until then. He constantly checked on us and made sure we were taken care of the entire time we were there. I definitely recommend staying at his place and would book again! Thanks Howard, you're the best!

If you've decided to stay in Old San Juan (pro: history and atmosphere; con: traffic, not close to the beach), you will not do better than this place. The high ceilings and huge windows facing the street had all the ambiance you could imagine. We easily walked to all the historic sites. As others have mentioned, we enjoyed sitting on the couch and people-watching through the open windows. Perhaps because it was a holiday week, the noise from passerbys on their way to bars in the evening was considerable, although once we closed the big windows it was never a problem sleeping. The host met us at the door for an orientation to the apartment (a few quirky features) and the neighborhood. It felt like a bit of a splurge for us, but totally worth it!

I loved this apartment. Everything was as described and in the pictures. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was prefect. Within walking distance and close to all of the best bars and restaurants in the area. All of our questions were answered promptly. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect for our family, especially with kids — plenty of room to relax, and everything felt safe and welcoming. Every room was comfortable and well-equipped, making it ideal for both rest and play. The host was absolutely wonderful — always available, kind, and genuinely caring. Their attention to detail and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

It was a weekend getaway with the family. We chose PR and loved every moment! Location was good and everything was easy since we had a car so we drove all the way to Arecibo and to Fajardo. The apartment is in a prime location with everything you need right outside your front door. Keep in mind, it’s in the heart of the most popular street in old San Juan, so expect to hear outside noise, but the rooms are far enough back in the apartment that you don’t hear anything when going to bed. Apartment had everything we needed. Gautam is a super kind and responsive host. Extra stars for him accommodating my family and our needs. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at the HiBird. The pictures were a good representation of our actual room, no surprises whatsoever. They were extremely responsive when we needed something, i.e., trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, more towels. They brought these items to us very quickly. Loved the location...a block from the beach, close to great restaurants, Walgreens, Casinos, and grocery stores. We would definitely stay there again!

Carlos is amazing,everything you need he has it covered, from beach chairs trust me your missing the best view if you stay. the roof view 11/10.. walkable from everything, uber/cab extremely cheap, cause your in the meca. old San Juan is only 10mins away, majority of beaches are waking distant. the location is a 10/10 feels safe, great view.

I have stayed in this building before and the location is wonderful. This Airbnb is so nice and Carlos did a great job with the decorating of this place. It was clean, looked like the photos and had a great view of the city. The instructions were clear and I would definitely stay here again! 🥂❤️
