This is a fantastic place for a night’s stay! There’s plenty to do within walking distance, making it a convenient and enjoyable spot. Lindsey is incredibly responsive and welcoming, which adds to the great experience. If you’re over 6 feet tall, just be mindful of the doorways—but it’s all part of the charm! Overall, a wonderful stay—highly recommend! 5/5!

I’m so grateful that I got to experience such a special hidden oasis in this property…the space was perfect for a little getaway surrounded by nature. the property is beautiful, and jeff was SO friendly, welcoming, proactive, and responsive. I felt safe and right at home. The cold plunge pond and hot tub were PERFECT, and my inner child loved the trampoline! the land is perfect for long walks and stargazing at night under the expansive sky. There are some gorgeous hikes a short drive away too. Would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful getaway!

Everything was easy and went smoothly. We found the place and had no problems at all. There was everything you could need . The communication was great, easy to understand and not too much or too little. The space was perfect. So clean and extremely comfortable. I would love to visit again. We watched a couple of great movies and totally relaxed. We loved it!!

Perfect for what we need to visit our new granddaughter. Plenty of room. Very clean and easy to access places in the area. Check-in and check-out was very straight forward and easy to do.

I had an enjoyable stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. My stay was so enjoyable that I'm already eagerly anticipating my next visit to this wonderful place.

Laura's place was so inviting; very cute & cozy. There were lots of extras; some of which are not included in other Airbnbs, such as ironing board & iron! Great plus! She even provided snacks and bottled water! Laura's place was Clean, including throws, comforters, & bedspreads; also not always common in other Airbnbs we have stayed in! Laura was friendly, personable, and very accommodating! She always replied to messages sent to her within a few minutes!! We are looking forward to staying at her place again!!! 😀

This home is nice, great lay out, easy to fine and accessible. Well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook meals at the house and enjoy family time together. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. I REALLY appreciate the minimal rules for checking out, which were very reasonable. Jim was flexible with allowing a later check out time. This is a pet friendly home, which did have what seemed like excessive dog hair on the furniture.

I was traveling with my elderly father and my small grandchildren. The house was ideally situated for our needs so my Dad could have a quiet bedroom with his own bath on one side of the house so I could minimize the chaos. Great house to sired out and close to a lot of restaurants. The beds were a little on the harder side for our taste, but overall a great experience and place to stay. There is an opening in the fence in the backyard was not completely enclosed in case you have a dog or small child, you might want to keep an eye that they don’t wander off.

3rd time staying at the Little House by the River. The place is a slice of heaven.The views from every corner of the house are stunning. The place was spotless,as usual,and Sue left us a chocolate Easter Bunny and chocolate egg on the counter. I cooked everyday and there's an excess of cookware/bakeware in the kitchen that makes it impossible to need anything. Spending sunrise or sunset on the porch or the hammock listening to birds, especially the cooing of mourning doves, was a joy. Seeing the quails running on the spacious lot that the property is built on ( Probably a full acre ) was amazing. Neighbors are far from you so you won't hear a thing. You can even exercise by walking on the property or relax on the hammock and watch the beautiful and colorful Idaho sunset and all God's creations from nesting birds on the property to birds of prey. Dish Internet was reliable and fast, Used it daily with zero issues. Sue is the best host and a lady with a beautiful heart .

Chad’s place was perfect for our party of 12! We had a great time with all our adult kids and grandkids. There was ample space for everyone, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Outdoor toys for the kids and s’mores at the outdoor fire. Kitchen was our focal point and it’s big enough for everyone to help with meals. Chad is the ultimate host, my favorite so far! Overall, you can’t go wrong with this place!!!

Eric was very responsive to the few texts we sent before check-in. The house is very clean and family friendly. Kitchen appliances like new and bedrooms with ample space and towels for the week and a few extra for hot tub. Pefect location for us. Within walking distance to our son's house. Quiet peaceful neighborhood with a fun park for our grand kids. We will always try to stay here for each visit.
