We truly enjoyed our time at Cecil’s. The view is amazing and we were surrounded by birds and nature. It was a great location to get to everywhere and he was as helpful in pointing out places to go. Don and Renie are top notch hosts! They have thought of everything to make your stay perfect-snacks, drinks, comfortable mattresses, ample towels, games, and even a frozen pizza in the fridge! Their mountaintop rental has a beautiful view of WCU campus with comfortable outdoor spaces for soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Don has excellent local recommendations and is a great source of information regarding Western Carolina University. We felt so incredibly welcome! We’ll be back!

The place was very nice, located on a street surrounded by woods and houses. Very quiet. The apartment was beautifully decorated, warm, with all the details and more. I loved it as soon as I opened the door. Emily was super friendly, responded quickly, and the fluid communication was key to our stay. We had no problems at all. I highly recommend it, and I hope to return soon!

Our host, Alex, was terrific. Very friendly, responsive and kindly lent my husband a belt for an event we attended as he forgot to pack his own from home! The space is perfect and meticulously clean. Bed is very comfortable and kitchen has lots of pans to use for cooking which we appreciated. WiFi is good as we needed to work remotely for a day there (desk, kitchen table and covered outdoor picnic table provided lots of space). Not to mention aesthetically, it is a gorgeous place. Alex suggested a great park around the block (Bent Creek Community Center) and the neighborhood is walkable. Of course Bent Creek has fantastic trails close by. Highly recommended staying here! You won’t be disappointed.

What a precious little find in the heart of downtown Brevard. Walkable to all things fun and delicious! Private but not secluded. Perfect for quick overnight trips to visit our student at Brevard College. Our hostess was super kind and quick to respond at booking! Will DEFINITELY rebook!!!

If you’re looking for a well-kept, comfortable and peaceful place and property for a family get together, this is a must consider. On top of all the wonderful things Asheville offered being only a few minutes drive, we loved going home to this place and have chill time in the outdoor hot tub. It provided us (even our pup) everything we needed for a restful and fun stay. I highly recommend Anne’s house and won’t hesitate to stay again.

The home is even better than the photos. We were very comfortable, everything was furnished very nicely, the decor is a lovely cottage-style. The end cottage where we stayed offered added privacy and a fun view of the 3rd hole. I would stay here again, we are very satisfied!

Familie Schmidt aus Hessen 2 Wochen im April 2025. Wir kamen an und fühlten uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl. Wir waren zu viert, das obere Zimmer mit direkt dazugehörigen Badezimmer war perfekt für uns Eltern. Die genauso großen unteren 2 Zimmer mit Bad und eigenem kleinen Wohnzimmer waren perfekt für unsere 2Kinder. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht incl. Kaffemaschine, riesen Toaster… Kaffe, Gewürze, Spülmittel, Tabs, Müllsäcke, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank mit Eisbereiter, die Wasch-Trockenmaschinen und Spülmaschine sind top. Handtücher waren auch da, obwohl nicht in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Betten sind sehr gut, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Lisa und Christin sind sehr zuvorkommend und informieren immer sehr schnell. Wir hatten uns wie zuhause gefühlt und konnten den Urlaub voll genießen. Ein tolles Haus, vielen Dank nochmal an Lisa und Christin.

A very nice, clean. well stocked, and relatively large house. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Short drive to all parts of Asheville area services. Easy to get to Interstates. Susan is a very good host - responsive, proactive, helpful, clear directions, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice cottage. It provided a comfortable and quiet weekend getaway--and was about 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. (Highly recommend Jettie Rae's Oyster House!) And it's only 6 minutes to the NC Arboretum, which provided great hiking trails for us and our dogs. Michael is a very accommodating and responsive host and instructions were very clear. Would recommend.

Great condo in the mountains. Was visiting for a wedding so a very short stay but this condo had everything we needed. Spacious for a condo and gorgeous patio/porch. Hope to return in the fall and enjoy it longer with all the amenities available.

This was our third time staying here and I want to come back again and again. The perfect location and all that I want from Airbnb! The condo and hosts are wonderful.

This was a nice condo and in a beautiful area. It was clean and our host was great with directions. Easy to get parking near our condo and yes, we saw a bear! If there was one thing I would say I didn’t like, it would be the sofa bed. It was ok for our child but the mattress was just too thin or worn down so I could feel the bars coming through . Overall I would stay again.

Great location! Easy to get to and close to grocery and main highways. Perfect for a small family on a budget. This cabin had all the essentials needed. My kids loved the video game system (actually we all loved playing old nostalgic games!). The bedding was comfortable and it was a nice place to come home to after spending the day hiking or out and about. The hot tub was clean and very nice!

Lori provided us such a gorgeous space! The view is stunning, we truly could not get over how beautiful it was. The space was very clean! The amenities on site were so nice and we loved the sky deck!! We saw lots of wildlife and even saw bears one day! We would definitely come back! :-)

We had a great time and really enjoyed the backyard area and zipline. The space was very clean and all the small details were well thought out and appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

April & Derek’s condo was beautiful and included all the necessities and more that we enjoyed while staying there - from washer pods, dryer sheets, extra paper towels, trash bags, coffee pods & seasonings. The one and only down side was the lake was inaccessible and drained on the side we were facing because of the restoration work due to hurricane devastation. We were able to take the kids to the indoor pool, we played mini golf and corn hole and they also had an Easter egg hunt & visit from the Easter Bunny on Saturday. We would love to return when the lake has been restored because it’s a very nice resort only two hours away from us. Oh and the views driving around the towns are amazing.
