There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

We are 20 minutes from I-85, Lavonia and Hartwell, 40 minutes from Athens and 5 minutes from Emmanuel College. Accommodations for adults age 21 and over. We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. We offer discounts for weekly/monthly stays!
