Come stay at our cozy 3 bedroom and 2 bath home! It is a split floor plan with the master suit to the left and the guest quarters on the right. The Living and kitchen area is in the middle. The living room also has a 65in TV. The house has a front and back porch that you can enjoy in the mornings or evenings. There is a charcoal grill on the back porch that guest may use. The house has a HUGE driveway. We are minutes from the Rainbow bridge and about 20 minutes from Beaumont.

There is a pool table that will keep you entertained or you can sit out on the balcony and watch the ships go by or go down to the shared lighted fishing pier/boat dock and catch a few trout, redfish or even go crabbing. You have access to one of the boat lifts for your boat. The boat dock is located between House 1 and House 2 on the aerial photo.
