A perfect place for 2 or 4 people to come relax and unwind at, with an amazing waterfront and lakeside hot tub. Approximately 3 hours north of Toronto and 45 minutes north of Huntsville. The waterfront has a beach area with a gradual entry and a sandy bottom, and water deep enough, to jump off the end of the dock. Enjoy the lake views from the seating area at the end of the dock or sit in the shade of the umbrella on the dock pad. Bring your own boat and enjoy some fishing.

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. The hot tub and brand new wood burning sauna are nice and warm for the colder weather here. This building is wheelchair accessible. We are just 10 min off Hwy 11 and 10 Min to the town of Powassan. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.
