We had a wonderful stay at Lake ‘O the Pines! We could have asked for a better Airbnb or a kinder host. My son and I took one of the awesome kayaks down to the lake…and then couldn’t get it back up the hill….and the host told us not to worry and that her husband would take care of it! 😅 So kind! Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful house and had all the amenities. So peaceful and relaxing.

We felt at home from the moment we walked in. House was very clean and kitchen well stocked. The pool table was a plus!! Would love to go back and spend some time exploring the area. Very peaceful weekend.

There was nothing wrong with our stay. My husband said just one request to Mrs Donna, please put a TV in the bedroom lol . I would highly recommend this place. our family loved it our kids loved it. We were sad to leave. But we will be making another reservation. Thank you Mrs Donna and Mr Paul for making our stay perfect on Easter 🐣

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful, well thought out design and very clean. The sleeping area is separate from gathering area and that worked wonderful for napping toddlers. The bathrooms are very spacious and well lit. The laundry room is great when you are staying for over a week with family. We even got to enjoy the pool since it hit 85* in February. Many hours spent in the hot tub Beds are awesome and very comfortable. The house is not at all cluttered and very tastefully decorated. The view of the lake was so peaceful and felt so private. Had a little luck fishing in the lake but mostly just enjoyed family time in this lovely home. GW is so kind and welcoming, he makes you fell like family. If we are ever in the area again we will see if this property is available to make more family memories.

We love it!. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, we felt very comfortable, Alexandra's place is beautiful, it's just like the pictures. It has a lot of amenities, the front view lake that we felt in love, with the deck for our morning coffee, the kayaks, the grill, the full equipped kitchen, toys to entertain my kiddos, the nature sorroundings and we really like that it feels private. Alexandra was responsive and helpful, a great host. We would definitely stay here in the future if we are in the area.

Chaddley's place was amazing and we caught 2 fishes in the pond, we had issues with wifi credentials but got fixed. Host was very responsive. I definitely recommend to my friends.

This place was great. I booked it for my wife and I 11 year anniversary. We loved being able to launch our kayaks there and the views were awesome. Jennifer was a great host that responded quickly when we had a question. The place was clean and gave a home like feel. Plus Jefferson is just a short drive and the restaurants were awesome. I would definitely recommend this place to my friend.

We would definitely stay here again. Lovely people and an excellent place to recharge after a day out on the lake.

This place was great!! Check in was very easy. It was clean and the upstairs loft was perfect for our two boys! They had so much fun playing the Xbox! The lake was beautiful at sunset, and my husband was able to dock his boat without any problems. The linens on the bed were so cozy!!! We will be back!!

This gorgeous little cabin was the perfect for us! It was the first time my husband couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it was and that’s saying a lot. Perfect driveway for a boat trailer. Highly recommend this spot.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Property is updated and modern with many small touches which we appreciated considering it is so far away from stores, specifically the kitchen and the little extras most hosts do not include i.e. zip lock bags, spices, coffee. Would recommend and return. Kids (ages 7-16) had a great time.

Our stay was very relaxing, just what was needed during spring break and a getaway from all the turmoil. There is adequate cell coverage (T-Mobile, allowed for calls when needed.) There is no seperate wi-fi service but that is a refreshing plus. There is Dish TV if you really have to tune in to the talking-heads telling us how bad things are. Or, you can relax, read by the river; bring a guitar 'n make music on deck or in a screened room. OH! Chalk paintings on the driveway! :) Fun stuff. Kayaks are also available. Tours of the bayou and lake available, we used Aaron of Mystic Tours and had a great time. Keith has the number available in a large binder that with history of the area (a very good read if you take the time, for instance: Steamboats used to ply the waters through to Jefferson). There is also a photo album of the house construction that is pretty cool to thumb through. It is about a 30 minute drive to historic Jefferson which is a nice day trip.

Lake is peaceful. Use Apple Maps to get to location as Google takes you down a terrible bumpy road. Kayaking the lake was our favorite part. Dock was fun for fishing and grilling. Hot tub was on the other side of the property and had no privacy screen so it was not secluded which is what we would have preferred. If the neighbors would have been home it would have been super awkward. Bed had some sagging in the middle and didn’t have a zip closure mattress pad. Top of mattress pad was not clean either. If you desire a shower make sure not to book here but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us.

Good communicate, clear instructions, great view and great inlet location 2-3 ft water tons of cypress trees, kayaking was a blast, good fishing areas, cabin is small, but it's newer, clean, and nice quality. Solid place to stay.

I requested to book at the very last minute. Jennifer responded promptly, was flexible, accommodating and very pleasant to interact with. Though POINT Emerald Cabin looked nice on the outside, the inside was exquisite, designed & decorated like a picture out of a magazine! The living area had 2 skylights & a stone fireplace, and both bedrooms were spacious, had large windows & doors opening to the screened-in back porch. Outside, the water surrounded the big backyard on 3 sides and had beautiful, tall Cypress trees growing out of it, through which to kayak or canoe using the plenty available. There were also 3 different areas set up with lawn/patio furniture to relax and take in the scenery: one in front by the grill, another in the side yard near the boathouse, and a third around a firepit near the water. Despite undesirable weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan to return very soon! Thank you again Jennifer for being a great host!

Very peaceful cabin right on the water. The local restaurants and fishing stores had great food!
