Enjoy your stay in a Large Studio complete with its own full bathroom and kitchenette. The bedroom features a large bed, closet, T.V, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, free wifi. Coffee, water, microwave, mini-fridge. Private entrance and completely gated. this location has quick access to freeways, downtown, food, and shopping nearby.

Our Cozy Westside studio is fully furnished with kitchen essentials, spices, wifi, toiletries (may vary), and a private entrance with easy check-in access. **Studio is located up stairs behind the main house, on top of the detached garage. Perfect for a mini getaway. Please be advised that this studio HAS stairs. To ensure that every guest has a 5 star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, we recommend to consider the following when booking.

Walmart and Albertsons are 6–7 mins away. Maps may show empty land—new area, follow house numbers. No pets, smoking, or extra guests. Quiet hours 11pm–5am. This studio is located 20 miles northwest of Bakersfield (10 minutes from the 99 Freeway using hwy 46 turnoff) and 20 minutes from Interstate 5 Freeway. It is perfect for the out-of-town worker on assignment or guest that is visiting family in the area. PLEASE VIEW THE PICTURES VERY CAREFULLY. OUR PLACE DOES REQUIRE YOU TO CLIMB THE LADDER TO GET TO THE BED.
