I stayed in the studio, it's tiny but all the needs are available. travelling around with taxi or public transport is easy and Zayed responses super fast. Perfect location to stay on a budget in Al Ain!

The apartment and the building are great. The location is very convenient as well. At the beginning it was not clean enough to my opinion, but the day after he send someone to clean it, so everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you!

Very close to public transportation. Convenient that there’s an additional half bath especially when there’s 4 people. Host is also very responsive when I reach out to them. Highly recommend!

What a lovely little place! The hosts were so lovely and responsive. Checking in was super easy and they even set the table for our arrival. The location is very central to Town Square - lovely restaurants and coffee shops within a few metres. The space had everything we needed and instructions were very clear. A bonus is that the apartment is right near the elevators which helps when lugging shopping or suitcases.

Flawless stay. Immaculately clean, check-in was seamless, and Charline was incredibly supportive—went above and beyond anything I expected. True 5-star hospitality.

Rohit is such a nice and warm welcoming person. He made sure I know the key people in the apartment and walked me through the whole house to the details and made me feel like I was at home. since I travel for race events, I find this place very close and easier to commute to the race track. Now we have become friends than just Host and Guest. I would highly recommend Rohit's place for anyone who travels on a budget. Remember, you'd have a friend for a life. Thanks a lot Rohit!!

Excellent value for money. Packed with all essentials. Lovely comfortable beds. Sofas were huge enough for 3 people to sleep on. Great communication with Mohammed. Allocated parking space was a great plus. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Felt right at home

Parfait pour se balader et profiter en famille comme entre adultes L’appartement est propre et identique aux photos, l’espace est agréable et les lits sont très confortables ! A great place to stay in a peaceful area. Good local amenities and places to walk, private beach. Only minor issue is the noise from the nearby construction sites.

All things good this is my honest review .he offered me food which was good. But the location is 8km from metro because right now there is diversion by the govt. and any time fire alarm starts whenever u sleeping everyday i do t know why . The sound is worst . Rest is good.

I liked the place really very much, but the highlight of the stay was the host, my brother, Hasan. He is the sweetest, most considerate, friendly and helpful host I’ve ever stayed with on Airbnb. He dropped us to the Yas Mall because he was also leaving for Dubai at that time. Thank you, man, Hasan. May you and your family have a healthy and happy life. Khan is an excellent host. Super responsive and attentive, gives excellent recommendations of surrounding area and went out of his way to make me feel at home. the apartment is in a superb location, very close to the Boulevard and has a great Sea facing balcony. My time here was so good that I ended up extending my stay multiple times - would highly recommend this apartment and host.

A good place to stay - a spacious 3 bedroom apt with maid's room (it has a window) - so can be used a an extra bedroom for a kid or a teen. Great location to experience JBR vibe. The building is next to Môvenpick - The Walk, the beach - whatever you like. Also next to the tram on the Marina side.
