Welcome to my contemporary, cozy, quiet, light, and warm central apartment, 56 sq. m, balancing comfort and aesthetics. It was my parents place. Located on the 4-th floor in an authentic 1930-40s building in a typically socialist style (no lift), like many other buildings in the center. Many of our neighbors were doctors, most lived to 80-90 years. Now the building, although strong, does not look as a new and shiny hotel. But it is worth to feel the Bulgarian atmosphere, in the Airbnb spirit.

Fast internet, a swimming pool and gyms nearby, 2 parks across the road, the Vitosha mountains within view - this is a great place to explore, work or chill out! We do things in person (still) so expect to meet me or my mum at your arrival. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot accommodate arrivals after 8pm. However we are happy to let you check out late - by 5pm!

This apartment is located in the city center, near by the main Cathedral and old Varna , where you can find a small coffees, restaurants and shops. The walking distance to the beach is 20 min. and 10 min. to the main pedestrian street. Just few steps away, you can find a farmer market, full with fresh veggies and fruits, so you can cook delicious meals at home. You will have an easy access from the Railway station and Intercity Bus Station as well. The airport is 15 min. by taxi or bus.

Our place is an apartment on the second floor of a house close to the city centre, parks, sightseeings, and a sports area. We live on the third floor so if you need anything, the door is always open. You’ll love the spacious apartment, the views, the location, and the garden. It could be ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Before we tell you what's inside, let us tell you what's on the outside - THE SEA and the Sea Garden, Varna's largest park. Once you walk out of the apartment, you'll feel the sand under your feet, inviting you to go swimming and sunbathing. If that's not enough, the park is all around you for a relaxing morning or afternoon walk. All the pubs, clubs and restaurants are there as well, if you’re looking for an unforgettable party night. All you have to do is cross the street.
