I liked everything very much. The house corresponds to the description. There is everything you need nearby: a store, a cafe, and the beach is a 15-minute walk away.

Asija's place is truly in the most fantastic location. To be fair it is compact and basic, with really steep ladder-stairs - not a place for small kids or grandparents! Air Conditioning upstairs was a bonus. This place is set-up for outside living, with large outdoor patio area. With Lustica Bay right there, our kids - 10 and 15 - spent so much time jumping in off the jetty, swimming, snorkelling, catching crabs they didn't even miss the internet - bliss. There's parking and within a very short drive you have beaches (try Blue Horizons beach on the Adriatic), Tivat and Kotor. It was a pleasure dealing with Asija, quick clear comms with meet and greet organised for us at arrival. Overall, we had a really relaxing stay in this super location and will keep wonderful memories of staying here. Thanks Asija!

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen. Die Betten waren äußerst gemütlich, was zu einer erholsamen Nacht beitrug. Uns ist im Bad ein kleines Missgeschick passiert, aber wir konnten das schnell und unkompliziert mit einem 20-Euro-Schein untereinander klären. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Nadja was a wonderful host. She took care of all the details and made us feel like home. From daily cleaning, laundry, clean towels everyday to useful tips and recommendations about the surroundings. The kids had a lot of fun. The swimming pool looked small in the pictures but is actually big enough for up to 4 kids. Kitchen is actually small but has everything you need to prep a quick meal. Queen's beach and king's beach are imo 2 of the most beautiful beaches in the Adriatic and are a mere 10 walking Min. away, now free of access too. Sveti Stefan is a must see. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. Nearest Supermarket is just 2 Min away. The house has a private garage for parking. Just be aware it's very narrow. We loved our Stay in Montenegro and had a blast!

Ivan is a super host who will fix everything what you need during your holiday! The apartment is maybe even nicer than in pictures with that amazing views from the balcony!!! Only two minutes walk from the beach. Highly recommend this place!!!

Amazing view from balcony. Amazing host. Good location. Close to the main road, but sounds are not too loud, so it was comfortable to stay there. Internet upload speed is not enough if you need it for work (zoom video calls for example). The rest is fine.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt, genau wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt ist. Supermarkt, Strand und die Stadt Budva sind alle bequem fussläufig erreichbar. Alles, was man für den Urlaubsalltag benötigt, stellt die Wohnung zur Verfügung. Es wurde uns eine Parklücke vor dem Haus frei gehalten bei Ankunft, das war super! verlässt man diese Parklücke allerdings, weil man die Umgebung anschauen möchte, bekommt man Schwierigkeiten, in der nahen Umgebung eine neue Parklücke zu finden, das ist es etwas problematisch. Ansonsten kann ich die Wohnung und die Familie wärmstens empfehlen, sie sind gerne für einen da.

Everything was perfect! Good position to see all the beatiful cities near Sutvala (5 minutes by car to Kotor). Peaceful and lovely place and Ivan is always ready to help.

We had a great stay! Place was clean, very quiet area. No problem with heat even without aircon. Shady terrace with slight wind. Communication with Alexandra was great and we always got good advice. Happy to visit again.

Peaceful area, but at the top of a hill, so be careful if you don’t have a car.

We stayed in Majda's apartment for one month and absolutely loved it. The view is amazing and the patio is a wonderful place to sit and watch the cruise ships come and go and also to enjoy the beautiful bay and landscape. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It's new, very clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our long stay. It is located in Dobrota, which is about a 25 minute walk to Old Town. It's about a 15 minute walk to the waterfront where there are a lot of restaurants. There is a market about 5 minutes away. Majda and her husband our great hosts who are very responsive and kind. We hope to return and stay in that apartment again.

Gorans place was very convinient, close to Bar and major road. Highly recomended. Goran was extremely good host. Facilities where plentiful. Kitchen was clean and equiped with all necessary utilities ready to prepare your own food.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Ksenia. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Die Lage zwischen Meer und Bergen ist einfach nur ein Traum. Ksenia hat jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit geantwortet, wenn wir Fragen hätten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen 🌼

Olga nagyon segítőkész szállásadó mindenben a rendelkezésünkre állt. A lakás teljesen megfelelt a képen làtottaknak. A panoráma lenyűgöző a teraszról. Foglalàsnàl feltétlenül számításba kell venni,hogy a hegyen található, gyalogosan nagyon meredek az út. Csendes környéken található, jót lehetett ott pihenni. Köszönjük szépen a kedves vendéglátást!

This place was very close to the beach. Super clean and lots of room for two people. The host Marija was very friendly and kind. Would stay here again.

Very helpful host, always responded quickly and provided any information needed. Beautiful terrace to watch the views! One of my favourite sunsets. Very short walk to the bay front with plenty of swimming locations and nearby restaurants. Would recommend!
