Mulberry Cabin is conveniently located halfway between Charleston and the capital city of Columbia in Rowesville, SC. Please note the cabin is located in a small town, not in the country. Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. Charleston is about 75 minutes away. Enjoy a break from Wi-Fi as you watch a DVD and relax in a 130 year old rustic cabin.

The beach is between 25 to 30 miles away and there are numerous beaches within that radius, including Hilton Head and Hunting Island. We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with a full bath. Washer & Dryer too!

Enjoy your coffee rocking on the front porch and enjoy watching the sun rise. This home has been recently completely remodeled keeping in mind the original home owner, Ms. Vetta. All new appliances, as well as bathrooms, flooring, etc.

Ellzey Place

Ellzey Place is a peaceful spot where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the deck facing a spacious private back yard. There are lots of azaleas that bloom in season and pines swaying in the breeze. It is a charming apartment attached to the owner's house but has a private deck and entrance. It has been newly remodeled and delightfully decorated.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil studio style cabin getaway inside our 3 acre campground. Charcoal grill, fire pit, picnic table provided. We do have firewood and ice for sale onsite as well. Very close to hunting and fishing opportunities. Rural setting off county maintained dirt road yet easy day trips to Statesboro, Augusta, Savannah, and Charleston.
