This is the perfect house for our sister/nieces weekend. Loved every minute of it!

Such a nice place to stay. My friend’s horse was happy. Roomy, clean,huge TV, good wifi. Nice hosts. Good to relax.

This place was very nice and fit our needs well. We enjoyed the accommodations. The kitchen was a little small and with no dishwasher it made it a little difficult to cook and wash dishes but there were plenty of things to cook with. When you use the oven it makes the place rather warm since its a small space so you need to use the oven and AC units mindfully. Everything was very comfortable otherwise and i would recommend this place to someone visiting Brownwood

The property is as described. We had a couple small glitches but the host was very responsive and absolutely great. One of the showers didn’t perform properly but it wasn’t any big deal for us. The heater was stuck on high when we arrived but the host responded very quick and we solved the issue promptly. We rented the house very last minute as we had another one rented for the stay time but cancelled on us last minute. So it was great finding this place. I’d definitely rent again. It has a double boat dock but the intended boat slip to use isn’t good for a 21ft bass boat. It has a lift that won’t work for a boat that large so if your boat is longer than 18ft or so you’ll definitely have to use the other slip. We caught good fish off the dock at night. The water under the dock is about 15ft at the lake full. All in all it’s a YES for anyone😀Michael Mikus

I booked super last minute but they were very welcoming and had no issue. The Airbnb was very nice and exactly as described and pictured. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is an older house on the lake with all the amenities very roomie and built for a nice family vacation. Upstairs has a room with bunkbeds and another with a queen size bed and bathroom. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a King and the other with one queen and a double. TV's are big! The lake is 20 minutes from town, not too far but far enough for peace. The kitchen has everything you need, bathrooms are not new but clean and sufficient. There are two covered carports for weather protection. If you're looking for new and perfect, this may not be your consideration. If you're looking for big and nice this place is for you. You'll have a nice time.

I loved staying so close to campus. I felt the price was a bit pricey considering the kitchen needs a little refreshing and overall furnishings BUT the bathroom was super nice and the parking was convenient. And I felt very safe. It's a great property it's def authentic Brownwood college living and I didn't hate that at all and the ac and fans and lighting in primary are great. All works well. Beautiful bedroom ceilings love the backyard charm they have added. It's just an older home and close to the train but that is clearly in the description. I would stay there again💙💛💙💛

Our stay at Wonderland was perfect! From the house being very comfortable and updated, to Rob assisting us with our needs and even keeping an eye on the severe storms for us. We would absolutely love to stay here again, we felt right at home!

This was our second stay at John’s Bunkhouse. It’s peaceful and quiet and has everything that we needed.

Great place! Very cute and cozy! Very close to marina for fishing and boating. Huge porch with lots of seating. Great outdoor grilling area. Very comfy beds!

Todd was very nice and responsive when I messaged him. We loved the place. We had a family gathering and it was perfect for the family. It has a wonderful view. The hot tub was our favorite part. I would recommend this place if you need a getaway. :)
