This was exactly how it was described on the website. It was clean, comfy and exactly what we needed for our visit. Reina was there to greet us and show us the home once we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was plenty of room for more than just the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet and very easy to walk to get fresh air and exercise. We saw many neighbors walking their dogs. I will stay here again.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

Wonderful host! A beautiful space that’s perfect for families, you’ll feel right at home here. I can’t say enough about how wonderful A was as a host, I mixed up our dates and she swooped in like an angel to work it all out. Would definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting the area. On top of all that the backyard is really spectacular.

This trip was great! The house was more than accommodating for the 11 guys we had for my buddies bachelor trip. It was walking distance to all the water front bars in Bristol and a quick drive to Newport and Casinos. They were so responsive and informative in all aspects! The price was very fair and affordable split between all of us. I would definitely recommend staying here and may even consider going back in the future. Thanks for the fun weekend (:

Lindsey’s place was great, perfect size for two to four people. Was a perfect walking distance to food and shops but also quiet peaceful yard/deck to enjoy each others company.

Really wonderful time and would love to come back. I was in town visiting my brother and his wife and children, the location was walking distance from their home and the town / water, which was wonderful. Everything was easy, the home was perfect, and I’d absolutely recommend and return when in town! Looking forward to staying here again when I visit next time!

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe our experience at this listing. Jim was responsive, very communicative and very warm and friendly greeting. The apartment was clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The amenities were not just what was listed but so much more! There aren’t enough positive words to describe our experience. We will definitely be back!

The perfect home base for our weekend trip attending a wedding at Linden Place. Walked to lots of restaurants, shops, and pubs as well as the ceremony!

Loved the colonial appeal, it was like walking back in time.

What a magical air bnb. It was comfy, peaceful, well equipped and just so very homey. And the view is beyond words. The sunrise is literally over the water out of your window. Gorgeous! We will absolutely choose this one again when back in Rhode Island. Truly unforgettable space.

Such a cute place to stay! Walkable to downtown as well as Brown University. Plenty of local restaurants nearby. The property was clean and beautiful. As others mentioned, we could hear the renters upstairs, but this should be expected for any similar home. It had so much character. We loved it! Highly recommend and would definitely rent again if back in the area. Almost forgot to mention the amazing shower! Fellow women with different types of showers, this is the everything shower DREAM! But don’t want to wash your hair? There are 3 shower heads so you can avoid the waterfall shower head. Legit using this shower as inspiration for our bathroom remodel we were already planning!

Perfect spot about 40 min away from Boston. 1st floor apartment with little to no noise heard from above. Water pressure in shower was great and water turned warm fast. I slept great but beds were a tad small and very minimalist like. Only change would be to have somewhere to plug in a usb besides the TV. Either a bedside clock/light or even a living room desk lamp with plug.

Everything was great! The one issue for some might be the distance from the location you get the key to the location of your front door. It is a bit of a walk. It did not bother my family at all, but if you are not very mobile I could see it being an issue. --- But the location and the room were outstanding. I have not complaints and I am very happy with trip. I will stay again in the future!

Ryan’s listing is absolutely perfect for anyone looking to spend time in Providence. The apartment is super clean and is in a great location within the city. We were very comfortable our entire stay with all the amenities and would definitely use this listing again for any future trips !

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

truly cannot beat the location if you are visiting college hill or downtown providence! took 12 mins to walk from the convention center bus stop and 3 mins to brown's main green

Diane was great and responsive. I think addressing the entrance and parking area in the house manual would assist in not having to bother the host. Finding the entrance and parking spot needs explaining. Entrance/stairs/hallways into unit inconvenient and rundown. Do be prepared to walk up significant flights of stairs and also in the unit to the bathroom. Unit was clean and comfortable. Some small amenities would have made the stay. There is coffee provided, but some cream and sugar would be nice. Luckily there is the Italian market. We did experience no hot water the first night. The unit is very nice and worked out really well for us. Since we stayed over the weekend the motorcycles and etc went for all hours and a lot of sirens. The restaurant noise was not an issue at all.
