The Franklin Delano room in the Delano Homestead B & B, is located on the third floor. This room, has some eaves and a bit of low clearance at the top of the stairs, but is full-height and has a recently renovated, large bath with clawfoot tub and glass shower. The room has a queen-sized bed as well as a dresser, desk and closet. There is also another room adjacent with two twin beds that can also be used. Please contact us for a rate for both rooms.

You'll love these two bright and comfy bedrooms on the second floor of our home in Newport's Fifth Ward. With a separate front door entrance (owners use separate side door) and private bath these two bedrooms are not rented to different guests (unless you're travelling and book together) so complete privacy is assured.
