This sweet adobe home from the 1950s is nestled in a garden of fruit trees and succulents. A private patio has a ramada (covered patio) and is perfect for outdoor dining, BBQ and stargazing. The home was lovingly renovated and maintained by my parents for 25 years. Beautiful tiled floors, furniture and outdoor touches reflect their love of Mexico. Marathon is an eclectic, rural town in the heart of the Marathon Basin and a great place to explore the region, be it Big Bend, Ft. Davis or Marfa.

A-Frame #1 is a luxury cabin at Stardust Big Bend, five minutes from the entrance to Big Bend National Park in Terlingua, Texas. Its full-glass gable frames the Chisos Mountains, and a wrap-around deck with a fire pit opens onto some of the darkest skies in the country. Sleeps 4 (optional 5th for a charge). Near the property entrance and beside our giant saguaro, it's a short walk to our shared clubhouse (pool table, air hockey, arcades), with on-site EV charging and guest laundry.

Betty is a 1985 Silver Streak trailer shes our largest. With extra space to relax in, custom painted cabinet doors and an interior to match the wild desert scenery. With twin beds and a daybed with trundle, you'll sleep comfortably. Terlingua is a destination and our Betty's deck is THE spot to sit and watch the sun set in the East as well as the west! There are no streetlights so as the sun fades, the stars begin to shine and the milky way washes across the sky just for you.

Relax and enjoy the morning sunrise and sunsets on the porch while gazing at the breathtaking mountain views at 3600 feet in elevation. This cabin sits on 230 acres which makes it peaceful and private with wildlife and the star gazing is just fabulous.  Another great feature is that this cabin is only .2 miles from Tx Hwy. 118 on a private, well maintained road and is only 9 miles North of Study Butte and a 15 minute drive to the Big Bend National Park entrance.

This bright and comfy suite in a classic 1940's rock house has a king bed, large walk-in shower, and a full kitchen with lots of light and a cozy table for two. Access to outdoor seating area and covered parking. Located just a few blocks from Downtown Alpine, Texas. Works as a great "base-camp" for exploration of the Big Bend Area. There is easy access to local attractions, and the Alpine Country Club Golf Course is right outside the front door.
